The bike is really good and the staff is really nice, they even helped me to assemble my bike. I highly recommend this bike shop if you wanna get a new bike.

I have purchased two Fiido D2S electrically assisted bicycles from Bicycle land and have made good use of mine (my wife is going through chemo so hasn't used hers yet).
I was amazed at the price and was a little suspicious at first, but communication from the company soon put my mind at rest.
I was very impressed by the rapid delivery with the bikes very well packed in stronger cardboard boxes than the one we lived in when I was a kid!
The bikes are very well designed, engineered and built and feel very solid.
Once you've become accustomed to the way the gears and electric controls operate, the bike is a pleasure to ride. So far the battery hasn't needed a second charge and is still going well.
Great value for money so far.

bought a fiido d3-advertised with integral pump-as with everything this company does asked for video of missing pump!!!Transpires it was a promotional extra and never included with my bike-they sent a cheap plastic pump worth about10p.Range no-where near as advertised-nearer to max of 12 miles-questioned them as to whether a faulty battery-"we need a video"!! bike is enjoyable within its limits but don't buy from this company if you want any back up

Great value bike. Bought online at Bicycle land and picked up at Bicycle Mend. Had to wait 30 minutes for the bike to be checked over and a quick assembly, pedals, handlebar etc.. Would recommend.

Lucy was my point of contact and she was brilliant and helpful even when there were difficulties in delivering my ADO A20F to Guernsey managing to source a courier to transport the parcel to Portsmouth harbour. Emails back and forth were always answered.

Very happy with my dealings with bicycle land, my bike arrived four days after ordering, well packaged and protected.
Would definitely deal again

I purchased a pair of tyres for my e-bike, as the original ones supplied were cheap, nasty, and constantly getting punctures. The price of the two was almost cheaper than the cost of one tyre elsewhere, so I was suspicious, but I needn't had been.
Not only were they good quality with puncture resist, but my e-bike is faster, smoother to ride, coasts a lot further when not pedalling, and I have at least 50% more battery life for the same daily commute. A fantastic upgrade for very little money - I couldn't be happier!

I really did not want to buy ebike from online sellers. I was glad to find Bicycle Land. Excellent service, nice people. I am happy I bought my Samebike from a proper bike shop and price is excellent. Comes with Free servicing, and lots to buy in their cozy and very busy shop.

Very happy with product, price and customer service , the only minor issue I had was both bikes had a small issue which needed attending to but to be fair they sorted the problem out and paid for the issue to be corrected locally .

Totally rubbish I still haven't received my order I placed last monday

You've had full payment for a Month now, - Where is the Bike? - You said nothing about having to wait Months for it to be delivered in your advert, in fact it specifies delivery five days after the purchase date.

I was disappointed. I ordered a bike which had 5 in stock. I received an email to say my order was being processed and then nothing. After waiting 7days I got in contact and was told I had pre ordered the item as there was none in stock. Nowhere in the email did it say that the item was not in stock or that it was a ‘preorder’. The customer help advisor also could not give me a date when the item would be available so unfortunately I had to ask for a refund.

Bought a Himo Z20 and the service was excellent. My bike was assembled for me by Shane who is very knowledgeable about E-Bikes and was refreshing to buy this bike from an actual bike shop and not online and the price was very good.
