Fantastic bike shop, bought a long range bike for great price, and lock, phone holder and helmet in one shop. Staff are really nice. I recommend this shop.

Needed a new pedal crankshaft and set…
Needed a new pedal crankshaft and set of peddles as I accidently damaged the thread overtightening them on my Fiido D4S. Booked an appointment at short notice thanks to Lucy ! Dropped bike in around 4pm and bike was ready to collect all fixed 30 minutes later great service! Thanks to Shane and Zayne down at Whitechapel. Really professional service no complaints would recommend anyone considering buying a e-bike or in need of repairs/upgrades.

Bought a Fiido D2S. It was in perfect condition and had no problems at all.
Lucy kept me informed of the dispatch and delivery. Delivery was very quick, within 5 days.

After been ripped off by online sellers. I started looking for ebike shop in UK and glad to find Bicycle Land. I visited their centre, bought HIMO Z20, comes with warranty, free servicing and inner tube and cheaper than online drop-shipper and more better service, as they are a real bike shop. Highly recommend Bicycle Land. Excellent place and helpful staffs.

FANTASTIC SERVICE
FANTASTIC SERVICE! After reading all good reviews, I decided to buy from bicycle land online. I collected on the same day, they kept me informed with an appointment for the collection. Friendly bunch of people, they even assembled the bike for me, nice place with lot's of accessories.

I went to there shop, checked out a Fiido bike. Excelente service, affordable and came with free servicing. Very Nice people. I Also bought a Oxford lock at a Big discount. SO pleased thank You Bicycle Land. The Best ebike shop in London.

Great experience
Great experience, bought an e bike from them, had a minor defect, which was an issue caused during transit. They provided me with new parts which they will install at my earliest convenience. Wonderful company and definitely would recommend to use. Communication was great and done in a timely manner.

Bought a Z20 ebike from BicycleLand
Bought a Z20 ebike from BicycleLand. Amazing service.
Ordered the bike from them in the afternoon and collected it from there London depo later on that evening. I took the bike out for a ride and got a flat. Called them up and they fixed the punture as part of the warranty. Very helpful and Professional :-)

Mark you are a scooter repair guy. We help many other shops too and freelance repair guys, who buy parts / tools from us. When you bought the Kugoo stem bar and locking clamp, we advised these are non-refundable item because they are for workshop, you agreed as you are a repair guy yourself and aware. However after sending the item out to you, you have installed our parts on your client scooter, and then accidentally sent an email to us stating you have done the job. Then you attempted to return the use defective stem bar from your client scooter for a refund. This was rejected, because we have your email that you sent to us accidentally, as an evidence. Nonetheless the item is non-refundable as they workshop parts for repairs. You had the option to raise a case with your bank but you did not, and to raise a complaint with us too.
However we have evidence of misuse and abuse of our service and products.
It is unfortunate that we had to remove this item from the our shelve, so we can prevent this sort of issue again. This means a lot of people are not able to buy this part, from us via online, and receive help for this item. This put all customers at difficulty.

Regards your scooter, you purchased this item over 1 year ago, you have been using it to commute to college as informed by yourself and your farther. You informed us that you wanted to get a refund because of legal issues with the scooters in UK after more than 6 months of owning/using the item.
You also asked refund to buy a faster scooter to match your friends scooters. We advised we cannot issue refund for these reasons, we would have issued a refund if the item had been faulty. We cannot issue a full refund for these reasons, had you contacted us within 14-30 days from the point of purchase date, we would happily issue a refund / exchange. After more than 8 months you later complained that the scooter was not giving enough mileage and that you could not run the test to show us.
We as a company that cares about all customers, we had the item collected at our own cost. When arrived in the repair centre, we inspected it, the item has been used in away it was abused and lots of parts where broken, that was the only issue we found, We have fixed/replaced all the broken parts for you for free and sent it back to you at our own cost again. We run the testing, it passed every testing stage and reached more than 50km+ and had the correct voltage, according to manufacture and professional riders this is sufficient, the mileage you get it depend of the battery fully charged, terrain, rider and how you use it. Your scooter has no electric problem. We have provided you with a report from the Mechanic and video to show it has no problem.
Till this day you have not shown us any video that shows you have a faulty scooter or what is wrong with it. We are truly sorry but we cannot look into this matter any further, the scooter warranty has expired too and there is no fault with it. In the future you should check the laws before buying electric scooter and discuss with your friend if you want the same scooter as your friends.
You are a valued customer, in the future if you would like to purchase something else from us again, we will offer you generous discount, you can also ask our members if you need any advise regard UK electric scooter laws.

Honestly great service so far
Honestly great service so far. Had a little issue with my bike, customer service on the phone was really nice and friendly, very apologetic and understanding. My bike arrived 1 week after purchase, in perfect condition. Easy to part assemble, only issue so far is front brake pad is misaligned, but apparently this is easy to fix. I've still been riding the bike so it hasn't prevented use, just the noise is very loud at times and annoying, should be sorted for cheap at halford in a week or 2 tho. Highly recommend the Fiido M1, and this company. Hopefully my views will remain positive in time ❤
