The games don't always pay. I have had to reach out to customer service multiple times. When they address the support ticket they dont reach out to tell you anything about the resolution. When you reach the highest payout amount they constantly change their minds on paying it out and told me to play the games 14 more days. When I reached that number of days they then delay again indicating play and additional 20+ days. Stall tactics which meant I would never receive what I truly earned!!!! Shame on them!!!

I just can't do this anymore I am so tired of it always messing up and I have to constantly message support and then support rarely I mean rarely gets back to you it's an endless Insanity cycle!!!!! I feel like a damn hamster on the wheel oh my God I'm so irritated here we go I've got four games going on through them and there's this thing where if you complete 80% of five games and stay logged in the five games for a consecutive 20 days you get a bonus of $500 well each one of my five notes is disappearing daily and I'm just getting so pissed off it does pay but getting a hold of customer service is like pulling teeth I rather swallow a bucket of Rusty sharp nails found under a running corpse than to deal with them I'm trying to get what's owed to me currently and then I'm walking away so sick of it

Wish I would have read these reviews before I started. They rejected my identity documents that everyone else accepts no problem. And have not responded to any email whatsoever. Literal scam

Scammers ! Done use . I made $100 and they took my coins away showing that I didn't receive the coins. Please reach out if you want to apply for a class action law suite that I will be filing against this company and CEO

I put in for a 35.00 dollars visa gift card 2 days ago. I have had zero response from this "bigcashweb" customer service. No gift card, nothing.

If I could give minus stars I would complete scam changes the goal rite after u meet it this is the worst app I ever used people stay away dont waste your time

Bigcash is definitely legit and probably the best money making app I've used so far and I've used a lot the payouts are quick and easy to earn and get and the point goal for the minimum payout of $2 and any amount is reasonable and low and doesn't take long to get to at all the payouts say they might take up to 24 to 36 hours but I always get mine the same day within just a couple or few hours there are a lot of fun and addicting games to choose from to get your points and payouts quickly and easily thank you bigcash I'm definitely gonna keep using your app and making more money honestly just cashing out the $2 everytime really adds up a lot

It's been more than 24 hours and my payout still hasn't reflected..there is no reply to the email..is this a scam respect..

They have bad customer service and they lie toooo much! My first withdrawal was a Visa card and they did not send it only for them to say I need to verify my identity which yall should’ve been said something 4 cashout ago! Sent my ID and I was supposed to be on “fast cashout” so yesterday I cashed out another $15 thinking I’m on instant cashout…lol well OF COURSE IM NOT!! so what are yall needed people identify for if there is no “instant” payout..save yall self the stress with this website it’s getting annoying I have sent about 15-20 emails and no response at all they just scammers getting paid from us being on the site

Update: got a reply and they literally scamming me in my face showing me that I have been paid but I haven’t the dates are not even adding up lol they crazy

I withdrew my money a week ago and up until now it hasn't reflected on my PayPal. I tried to send several emails but no one assisted me. I think it's safe to say that this site is a scam.
