Bigfoot Beard Co レビュー

Very speedy delivery, and my order was well packaged. I can't comment on the product, as it's been bought as a Christmas present!

The products seem nice, have a nice smell.
I thought for the price they might come in a nice gift box.

Had my delivery on the 13/8/26 a beard oil and beard fluff which when I opened the fluff it was completely melted ive been using your products for many years now without any problems ive attached pictures of the beard fluff via emails many many thanks for getting back to me I should of gave you more time to reply best products on the market for beard care

Best stuff on the market. Great product. Scents to die for. A elite quality product at a fair price. Fast delivery. Excellent customer care.

Excellent products with a unique and subtle scent.

Product is nice, the scent is strong and lasts a decent amount of time. Would have rated much higher but the packaging and presentation let it down. The box arrived slightly squashed. All but one of the tins were dented and the beard wash/conditioner bottles were dirty and scratched. Might be nitpicky as the product was fine and still useable but for a first time purchase, brand identity and quality control is important. The box contained shredded cardboard so I can only assume the damage to the product was present when packed. I am enjoying it though and will likely order again in the future and try a different scent.

Nice selection of beard products. My personal favourite if the fruit salad. The beard oil scent lasts a long time far better then other brands I've used over the years. Highly recommend.

Bigfoot beard company is absolutely amazing company top customer service never had a problem with the delivery's top notch beard products and merch top owner i always get the beard balm love the balm get i nice hold and love the scents as well amazing beard company

Decent product. Pricey but not too bad. The spiced cherry smells amazing.

Products were very secure with packaging and delivery was quick, love the travel bundle as everything was actually as stated on the website. The beard wash red cherry smells absolutely amazing

Great product always leaves my beard soft and smooth and smelling fresh. Couldn’t recommend anyone better.

Great smelling products that have helped tame my beard and left it feeling softer and smoother.

I’ve been using the oil, shampoo and fluff as directed and they’ve not only improved how my beard looks and feels, but have moisturised the skin underneath eliminating any dryness and beard dandruff. The beard brush not only helps with grooming, it really helps to spread the products from root to tip.

I’d definitely recommend giving them a go.

Excellent service, quick delivery and the products smell amazing

Used TrustPilot to guide my purchase with mentions of quick delivery - I have yet to receive my product 6 days from ordering. However, Shop app showing product as being order placed and not yet dispatched.

The products I ordered are on the Bigfoot Beard company website as being in stock and quick delivery. As my order was placed after 2pm on a Friday, the website states that this would be dispatched on the Monday. I’ve had no notification regarding this.

Email sent this morning not replied too.

Overall, non-existent communications regarding delivery times or even acknowledging the order.

Edit: I did receive a reply to my email informing me of supplier issues and a apology. Parcel was dispatched next day upgraded to a 24-hour delivery arriving 1-week and 1 Day after order. For this I will give a 3 star review as the products have so far been great but the communication and delayed delivery let it down.
