We rental a ‘luxury’ house (Houghton Farm House) from this company in July 2021. Despite the COVID cleaning regime it was really dirty. The house also had a lot of wear and tear. We paid a lot of money to rent the property and the marketing photographs did not reflect the state of the house. The managing director of the company was particularly dismissive, did not apologise or showed any understanding of how this had affected our holiday. They offered 10% compensation but only if all the party (14 including elderly parents and teenagers) signed a NDA which we refused to do.
