Should have looked here before buying. Have been chasing a refund for a faulty product and it turns out they actually knew it was a faulty batch but continued to sell them anyway. Still waiting on my refund 2 weeks on. Very poor customer service.

I ordered a Needoh advent calendar over a week ago and have not received the item still or any dispatch email/tracking. I have sent several emails to customer service with my order details but have had no reply. I would really like to receive an update on when I can expect to receive the item I have paid for.

Ordered a few times now from BigJigs. All orders have been fulfilled and shipped quickly. Customer support is also very helpful and responded in reasonable time. Great service thank you.

I ordered 3 items for my grandsons train set which all arrived promptly but unfortunately there was as issue with the crane. Contacted them by email plus a telephone call on the Friday and on the Saturday received an email with a very satisfactory solution. Well done Dave and thanks for your help.

Fake needoh

My son got a needoh from here and it smelt heavily of petrol and had air bubbles in. All signs of a fake that they display on their own page... very disappointed

Finally managed to order a Needoh for my son, it was sent in a paper envelope, which obviously ripped and the Needoh was removed, I was delivered an empty brown envelope inside a royal mail 'sorry your item was damaged' bag. I had to email Bigjigs numerous times for a response; when I finally got an email back from them I explained that I had been struggling to find the item for my son for a while and asked to be put on a backorder/waiting list, but they refused, and said they were due in a few days so I would need to keep checking the website. Instead I was sent a refund, which again, I had to wait almost a week for. I certainly won't be a returning customer.

Bought a BigJigs child's watering can through Hobby craft 3 weeks ago. It's leaking already.

I’d been waiting for the NeeDoh Jelly Hops to come back in stock, so I was thrilled to order from Bigjigs Toys. Delivery was quick, it arrived in perfect condition, and it’s 100% worth the wait!

I received the Giggly Groovinberry bunny and absolutely love it. The glittery finish is beautiful, the quality is excellent, and the super solid squish is incredibly satisfying. If you’re a NeeDoh fan, I highly recommend both the Jelly Hops and buying from Bigjigs Toys. I’ll definitely be back for more!

I had an issue with a order (delivery issue with another company nothing to do with bigjigs themselves)
Kirsty went above and beyond to help resolve this and kept me updated the whole time. Thankfully it’s resolved and I have my order now. I also order from here regularly when Needohs drop and the delivery and speed the parcels come is fantastic.

Poor quality product (potentially counterfeit) received and no courtesy of a reply from their customer services. Very disappointing.

Great experience
I have used them a fair few times recently, quick dispatch and great products.
I had one issue with a product being damaged but this was resolved quickly and efficiently
Can’t fault them so not sure why their rating is so low.

Have been looking for Needoh toys for ages and happened to find a jellyfish and nice cube on here. Ordered and they were delivered within 3 days with royal mail tracking. Awesome service and my daughter is ecstatic with her Needohs.

The order was delivered relatively quickly but the packaging was such poor quality that the actual item I ordered has gone missing (though spookily enough the free gift made it). Literally could put your finger through the packaging and everything would fall out. Very unhappy with this.

The item that I ordered arrived very quickly but poor packing from the supplier meant that there was some damage.
On contacting the firm, they immediately sent a replacement part. I was impressed with the service.

I ordered 12 days ago and my parcel still hasn’t been sent by them. Terrible response to emails and very bad communication. I do not recommend ordering from this company.
Edit- delivered 15 days late, all products were slightly dirty but otherwise fine.

Zero customer service! Have sent 4 emails requesting a return of items due to misleading item description on the website. Have heard nothing back but will keep trying as I have no use for the item and would like the money back. Wish I had read reviews prior to purchasing from this website!

Absolutely awful along with the customer service. Ordered 2 things for my child, which was told would be next day. Which it wasn't, they hadn't even posted it. Was sat at England Royal mail for godnose how long then Edinburgh for the rest of the time. I contacted customer service 2 times. Never heard from them until yesterday saying it should be delivered today. I checked tracking and its still in Edinburgh which is hours away from me. Emailed customer service again to be ignored.

Ordered a magician's set for my son for Xmas which when opened didn't have any instructions. Emailed the company to send me them and still waiting for a response...

Ordered two toys but unfortunately have to send back due to children already having them. Attempted to get in touch numerous times to send back but chosen to ignore my emails. Avoid this company

Wouldn't even give 1 star, if google gave the option of a zero star, i would be picking this. as a trades person the service has been shocking, delayed orders, cancelling orders and not communicating with me and many more - overall service is absolutely shocking - I will NEVER buy from these again!!
