Quick Fix During a Critical Testing Period
My shared hosting server went down during a critical testing period. It was a pcount issue that exceeded the shared hosting limit of 25. After only two AI chat steps, Mukund from the customer support team took over, quickly identified the problem, and got my test sites back online. Great support and a very fast resolution. I'm absolutely delighted with the service.
