I was a a customer of BigRock Loan. My loan repayment became due only today (or I am only one day overdue). Despite this,their recovery representatives intimidated and harassed me instead of following fair recovery practices. I request an immediate investigation, that such conduct stops, and that all future communication remains professional. If this continues, I will escalate the matter to the appropriate regulatory authorities and other legal forum esp.RBI
Please ensure that u dint fall prey to.thesw frauds.
The number from which i.git related calls from are. 086556 12710 as and Advocate Anubhav Mishra 093544 99032,would request RBI to take ensure this company is no more functional.

VPS Network and support
I am changing my review only for Harshitha G, who supported me on chat and solved my query that day.
though i didn't face any downtime after that but that's what we expect from hosting company, and people like Harshitha are the backbone of support.
My suggestion to bigrock: check why degraded preformance is happening on ip range 66.116.xx.xxx
and reintroduce Ticket support as not everybody has that much time to spend 1 hour on chat/phone support while you are checking.

Bigrock really Rocks!
I recently faced a serious problem with my shared hosting account — my hosting directory suddenly became inaccessible, affecting over 20 client websites hosted under one account. Understandably, this was a stressful situation.
I want to specifically thank Mukund Narayan Choudhary from the support team, who handled my case with clarity and professionalism. He kept me informed at every stage, coordinated with the infrastructure/admin team, and made sure I had a clear timeline instead of vague reassurances. Once the backend team completed the recovery, Mukund promptly confirmed that everything had been restored and verified, and gave me a clear written explanation of what had happened.
I checked every website afterward and everything was working perfectly, exactly as before.
In a situation where I was genuinely worried about losing client data, Mukund's calm and clear communication made a real difference. Great support experience — thank you, Mukund and team!
