Very smooth process. Doing everything on my own for the first time so I had a lot of questions but they were all answered and thoroughly at that.

It all started very well, but went downhill fast! First two stoves they had brought were damaged! If we wanted scratch and dent thats where we would have shopped! We were at a point where we were going to just cancel the whole 2,000 dollar deal and Steve a manager at the store said he would personally bring the stove off the floor at the store personally! He told my fiance that he would take 100.00 off plus all the other stuff that was already to be taken off witch was 179.99 and 49.99. He brings the stove here and it has scratches and dents as well and sayes he will take another 100.00 off. We all agree on that! That is not what was refunded to our card! Steve is not a man of his word or did he deliver what he was supposed to! We also had to go out and purchase two lights for the oven and Steven charged us for a gas line he had to use because he broke ours taking it off! Bottom line is i will never shop with Big Sandy's agian worst ever! Hope they dont lag in the repair department we paid alot for the extended warranty! I guess it could end in a lawsuit, Im not sure! Buyers beware.

Absolute worst customer service experience I have ever dealt with. Our dryer is still not fixed, and we’ve been without it for over three weeks due to a total breakdown in their warranty service. Instead of sending a tech to properly diagnose the machine in person, they relied on a phone description and blindly ordered the wrong part. When the tech finally came out, he realized the mistake, ordered a second part, which was also the wrong part, and the cycle repeated.

Their policy forces you to wait for parts to arrive before you can even schedule an appointment, stretching a simple repair into weeks of endless delays. When I tried to resolve it, I was repeatedly stonewalled. Frontline staff blocked me from talking to a manager, corporate offered zero help, and promised callbacks from management were completely ignored. I have had to call their offices close to 10 times with no results. Their system is intentionally obstructive and leaves customers stranded without essential appliances. Save yourself the headache and never buy appliances or service plans from Big Sandy.

I am satisfied with the purchase experience, except I was sold the wrong color recliner. Kept it anyway

So, a continuing saga of the chair from hell. They finally after a few months had the parts come in. They sent a tech out and he discovered that a part on the parts that they ordered was broke. He figured a way to rig it so that the chair is functional, maybe. They also left all their trash and told us that it's not their responsibility to clean up after themselves.

Do yourself a favor and do not buy from these people. I do not know how they stay in business with their complete and total lack of customer service.

The only reason why I'm giving them a single star is because I can't give them zero or a negative star.

If anyone wants to but a chair cheap I'll get rid of it just so I never have to look at it again.

It was easy to order online and go pick up at the store, without any issues.

Disapointed in financial department service. I called to have haul away added during pickup and instead of charging my Visa the $99 fee, the service rep added the entire purchase price onto the card. I had to call the next day after getting an alert from my bank to have it corrected - which took several days.

Great team! Knowledgeable and friendly! Products are priced well and delivery was a smooth process.

The buying process was flawless as we worked with a very knowledgeable employee, Cory, who explained things very well. We did encounter a delivery problem, but the store manager was quick to resolve it. Note to the delivery company: If your delivery is going to be over 2 hours past the given window, please let the customer know about it.

Everything was quick and easy. My washer was broken, brand new out of the box and had it replaced the next day, no problems or questions asked. Top notch service.

I've made several large purchases from here. I've always got a great deal on high quality products that I truly love.

So far my experience with Big Sandy has been great. Im still waiting for my nightstands and dresser, but so far its been good.

The men who delivered our couch were efficient and did a great job getting it up stairs and into a small apartment.

I still have not received my mattress and ordered it on the 12th ...
