Very smooth and easy process

Very smooth and easy process. I went to look at bikes on the Sunday. I put my request through for the voucher and by Tuesday afternoon I had received my voucher. I went back to the bike shop of Friday and took the bike home that day. It could not have been simpler.

Highly Recommend

The process was really simple to understand and easy to complete. I now have my new e-bike ordered from a local supplier and will have all the necessary back up I might need locally.

Sneaky charge at the end of the scheme!

the experience of getting the bike was very easy. the customer service was also 5*. At the end of the loan they want you to pay a fee so that you can own the bike or they want it back. you are given 30 days to pay this or the price goes up. this was not made clear when you are signing up to scheme.
This should have been a 5* review and would have been if they didn't add a sneaky charge at the end of the scheme.

After receiving confirmation by email that my bike application was successful 69670A
I received a further email that I could not use the voucher at Halfords making the application useless

Quick and easy. Quote on Saturday, in on Monday, code on Monday picked up Wednesday what more could you ask for.
Good professionalism at the bike shop and did not try to sell me something i did not want
