Very professional company who went out there way to assist me whilst there was issues with the delivery company. The admin team were very approachable and helpful and the company provided a great product at a competitive price.

10/10 highly recommended.

Wheelie bins are almost half price of anywhere else I found on the internet which made me sceptical…but they replied quickly to a question I emailed and the bin arrived in a few days and is exactly as described - can definitely recommend!

Great price, and bought Monday, delivered Tuesday. Couldn't promise every delivery will be as quick as that, but genuinely fantastic for me.

Good priced item, ordered on a Monday night, got by Thursday. Items look like good quality.

Didn't get an email to say it was coming, but someone was in so it was all good.

I ordered 1st then read reviews of the company and was surprised they had so few reviews, so thought put people's minds at rest.

Great priced wheelie bin and reasonable delivery charge too, not like most other retailers who offer good price bin, only to hike the price up by high delivery charges. Ordered on the Friday and delivered on the Monday. Good quality wheelie bin that ticks all the boxes. Well done Binbase.

Genuinely the cheapest including delivery - watch out for ridiculous carriage costs attached to cheap bin prices. Products are of reasonable quality and easy to finish (add wheels provided). Minor glitch with labels ordered but very quickly corrected. Otherwise pretty quick. Could have done with more notice of delivery but it worked out. Overall would recommend and use again

I placed an order at the weekend and received an email of order confirmation.
I didn't receive any other form of contact until my 2nd email.
That is what they need to improve on as a newish company.
I did get a reply with an apology today on the day of delivery.
So as a first reviewer I will give 5 stars.
I hope they improve on communication to keep the 5 stars going.
