so i spent £10 and no 50 free spins don't fall for the there will not help
just ripping people off

I heard Bingo Crazy advert on the radio and i thought i would give it a try. Fortunately i won £100, uploaded my documents and ID and have been verified.

I read the T&Cs and it states it can take up too 3 days, this is a lie. The money hasn't been put into my account and gets put back on to the balance.

Please can we rectify this as soon as possible, i would of played more often but i wanted to see what the withdraw process is like and its shocking!!!

Now I'm having to spend my time writing this instead of spending my winnings.

Please can we rectify this as soon as possible so i can feel at piece and not take this any further.
