The delivery and email customer service are incredibly awful. I expect it to be processed and labeled after almost two weeks after you e made the purchase and then wait another week for it to arrive, that’s what you’ll get. shien ships faster than they do and that’s sad.

If I could give them a negative 10 I would. They were absolutely AWFUL when trying to do a return/refund/store credit. I was within the timeline and then they tried to change it all up and make accusations that the items were worn - They said the items had dog hair on them!! We don't even own dogs. And we have not been to the snow. They never left my home and they simply didn't fit my children. I cannot believe these owners would allow false accusations on a customer. I would have been a customer for life and now I will spend my time giving reviews of my experience. Oh, and they have NO customer service phone number to call so they can hide behind a computer screen and tell all their customers that they are liars. DISGUSTING - WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD.
Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. I placed an order of November 14th and still can't find out the status of my order. I reached out to their customer service twice, sent a note on their Instagram, and sent a note on the owners Instagram too. Also, I made a typo on the shipping address and couldn't get any response to change the address.

After reading the other reviews on customer service and shipping I can see I was given the same excuses as other customers and on different occasions. I wish i had read reviews before placing an order. I placed my order on 7/11, mind you this was a gift. I still have yet to have it fulfilled. I’ve emailed twice and received the same responses. They have great stuff for my son but if I can’t utilize the stuff on time no point.
customer service sucks
customer service sucks. i ordered some hats, one week later they hadn’t even processed my order, and when i emailed asking why they sent a sassy reply back. Two and a half weeks later they finally processed my order, i was hoping to get it by vacation…when I mentioned this in the email they seemed to care less. it’s a shame because i like their products, but i will not be shopping from them again.
Absolutely horrible customer service, and fulfillment
If I could give zero stars, I would. This has been one of the most frustrating retail experiences I’ve ever had. I ordered a pair of sunglasses for my son and had to exchange them for a different size. What should’ve been a simple return and replacement process quickly became a drawn-out mess due to a total lack of communication from the BinkyBro team.
I submitted my return on July 11 and followed up multiple times because I never received confirmation that the return had been received or that a replacement was being processed. No status updates. No proactive outreach. Just silence. It wasn’t until I happened to notice a shipment email that I realized they sent a replacement order without any prior notice—over two weeks later, with zero acknowledgment of my request for a refund instead of an exchange.
To make matters worse, I had clearly stated that these items were needed before an upcoming trip on July 31st. Given their ongoing reliance on USPS and my previous experience with delays, I have no confidence the order will even arrive on time. My wife also placed a separate order with them and it’s been over a week and a half with no sign of delivery. It’s become clear this is a pattern—not a one-off.
Customer service? Nonexistent. You are forced to chase them for basic answers and still walk away with nothing but automated emails or vague shipping notices after long delays. At no point did they take ownership or show any urgency to fix the issue or refund my purchase.
This brand may have nice products, but the operational side is shockingly unprofessional. Slow fulfillment, terrible response times, and zero accountability. It’s not worth the stress or time.
I won’t be ordering from BinkyBro again, and I’d strongly caution other customers—especially if you’re on a timeline or expect even basic customer service.
SLOWEST Product Fulfillment
This review is based on my ordering/ receiving experience more than the actual product.
A few months ago when I placed my first order with Binky Bro, I contacted them a week after ordering asking why my item had not yet shipped. They told me that they had some technical problems so orders were going out slower than usual. I ended up getting my order almost 2 weeks after it was placed.
Last week I placed my second order. It has been 5 days and again my order has not shipped. Clearly the first time’s excuse for slow shipping was a lie and slow product fulfillment is their policy.
I would advise anyone who hopes to get their kids swim trunks relatively quickly, this is NOT the website for you. You will be waiting a LONG TIME. This company takes a week or more just to package and ship your items. Then you’re waiting on shipping as well.
Truly the SLOWEST company I have ever dealt with. ☹️

Shipping is verrrry slow. Ordered a week ago and there’s not yet tracking or anything. I emailed because I need it soon and it’s a gift. No response. There’s no other way to contact the company but so far very disappointed with the customer service.

Shipping may be slow like other reviews so if you are in a rush, this may not be your Amazon but after dealing with so many bad businesses i feel such relief to be dealing with a business that responds to your customer service emails and fixes the problem. I came on here to write a good review because i was so happy and i am shocked to see so many negative ones. Maybe their customer service got better. I thought i got a discount for buying a buddle of shorts but i realized after purchasing it wasn’t applied. I also thought i spent enough to receive a free hat but it did not come in my order. Both problems were solved and i was issued a refund for the discount code. They responded in a timely fashion. And they won me over a customer. Thank you again!! Oh and the clothes are so so adorable

Placed a Black Friday order and almost two week later the order wasn’t even processed I reached out to cancel the order and they were quicker to cancel it but not ask oh what could we improve on really sad because I love their stuff
Lacking customer service
I placed an order on Thanksgiving during their black Friday sale thinking I would get my package prior to leaving for my Christmas vacation since this order was a gift. Their shipping fee is $9.99 and says 7-10 business days which would have been more than enough time. I received a notification that my order would be delivered 12/5 however it came to Portland, OR (where I live) but then was shipped to Memphis, TN and sat there. I emailed customer service 12/8 since it appeared it was stuck there from 12/5. They said if I did not receive my order by 12/11 to let them know and they would send out a replacement order. 12/11 came and went so I emailed back saying I did not receive it. They emailed 12/13 saying "your order is showing updated tracking." It went from Memphis, TN to San Jose, CA on 12/13. My flight flew out this am (12/14) at 7:30 am. I just received notification that my order was delivered. Super frustrating to pay $9.99 for shipping for it to take 3 weeks. Also to be told one thing and not have them follow through or even offer to refund me for shipping? I just feel like they could have delivered better customer service and it makes me not want to order from them again.

I recently had a great experience with this company and would like to express my gratitude through a review. I had ordered the same swim trunks as my son, but received the wrong ones. However, the company immediately responded and sent me the correct swim trunks free of charge. I was even allowed to keep the wrong pair!
I was impressed by the quick and professional response of the company. It was clear that they care about their customers and do their best to ensure that they are satisfied. The quality of the swim trunks was also very good, which only reinforced my positive experience with the company.

I had recently just ordered 3 hats from Binky bro. My boys love them and they looks adorable on them. They sent a replacement at no cost with a confirmation in 48hrs and made the whole experience sure easy and well worth the money!
Surf gear from Utah?
NOT a California company. Please stop using peoples last names on your products without permission. This is just wrong. Saw my in laws last name on one of your products and found out you are based in Utah lol of all places. This is America I guess! Culture vulture posers making money off of a look they literally have nothing to do with. Nobody in the the skate and especially surfing community follows or partners with this company if you look. Prob because it’s out of UTAH lol.
Crappy return policy and customer service.
I wish I would have read others reviews before ordering. Their sizing was way off and their return policy is the most ridiculous I have ever heard of. I bought 2 items that were both 18-24 months, one was too big and the other way too small. Not consistant sizing. Must return within 15 days with the original invoice and packaging. Customer must pay for shipping to return and then will get a store credit and have to pay for shipping on your new item. I did return the item that was too small and it was like they gave me a fake address because they still haven't received the item 5 months later. I sent multiple emails to their customer service and no assistance. They said they would escalate it to a manager and a manager never emailed me back. No credits back. No resolution. I had to dispute it with my credit card. I wont be ordering from Binky Bro ever again.

Guys never buy from this company. If you make a mistake you can’t send something back. So now because my phone froze I have a hat I can’t use and no one wants to buy. This is so dumb. They should send a replacement for free!!!! Or 50% off!!!!

I ordered 4 hats. The promo code for buy 3 hats for $60 did not work and they would not refund the difference. Sad. They would have had more business from me with 4 kids.
