Prompt delivery but please reduce the amount of packaging used.
I started taking these after a very upset stomach after a recent foreign holiday. They have helped to calm and settle the system. They have helped to reduce bloating and gas produced which I've suffered with for months. Easy to take, I take with breakfast and I felt noticeably better after a week's use.
I will definitely be ordering more.

This USED to be a great company. They have now reduced the amount of powder in each capsule so you need to take double!! So we are now being charged twice the amount!
Check the size of capsule and compare it to an earlier batch. I will NOT be purchasing again!

Been suffering with pain from diverticulitis for years i take 2 of these daily and have zero pain for the first time in years. Noticed them working after 5 days now a month in I can surf and twist without back pains from inflammation. Game changer. Holland and Barrett recommended this brand said they were his favourite brand. Great product

I have purchased on two occasions the Bio Kult "Every day" (30 tablets) on line. I have no issue with the product I am sure it has helped over the last few months. Previously I bought these tablets in a retailer in a nearby town. My question to the organisation is why the delivery packaging A cardboard box that measures 220 x 160 x 110 mm and then filled with plastic for such a very small package. that holds 30 tablets. I have no issues with delivery service and confirm that ordering to delivery is brilliant and very prompt "First class"

Good products. Boosted are my favourites! Definitely something I would recommend everyone to take. Improved my wellbeing and I feel much better now.

Started taking bio kult 4 days ago. I'm very sick in my stomach, extremely constipated and awful gas, which is so embarrassing. Should I stop taking them?

Hello, good morning. I really enjoyed buying and trying the product. I wish I knew a long time ago. Praise be to God. My long suffering with gases, bloating, irritable bowel pain and fatigue has ended after eating fiber, fruits and vegetables. My sufferings have ended, praise be to God. My belly has become flat, and I do not suffer from Gas, I wake up in the morning feeling relaxed, I take two pills a day, one with breakfast and one with dinner. I hope for more of these beneficial bacteria as I will buy more for myself and my family. Thank you for your cooperation

I spent hundreds of dollars on dozens of products on Amazon and Iherb, and God is witness to what I write, that they did not work as well as this product did

Game changer.
I have IBS and diverticula’s disease. Most days I was crippled with cramping and diarrhoea which made my life a misery.
Taking 2 Bio kult after every evening meal has changed my life and I have very few if any IBS or diverticula attacks.
I cannot recommend this product enough and hope this review will help other sufferers out there.

I have suddenly started to suffer from constipation (age 57) and have read that it could be down to my gut health. So I started taking fybrogel just to move things along and then introduced one Bio-kult pill a day. After a week I'm going to stop. The bloating, gas and general unwell feeling in my stomach isn't worth it. I read the site where it says I can take smaller doses by taking the pills apart etc. To be honest I can't be bothered. I have subsequently read a review that says others have reported feeling this way while taking the pills and it could be down to the "2 million CFU where doctors recommend 10 million" I don't know but I'm chucking these out - shame I went for the 3 for 2 offer at boots :)

Having left the last review about the mis-sold information I was contacted by the company and asked to email or call them. I called and spoke to somebody and of course not heard anything back walk samples of why not to use this company.

Mis sold - terrible customer service
Having responded to an email to use a 15% off discount code which failed to work at checkout I went through the chat option and have screenshots of a person from this agreeing I will be refunded 15% if I placed an order. I took him on his word and it’s so and when I have asked why I have not been refunded they told me that I had had a discount use before. Terrible customer service.

I have IBS and having suffering from severe constipation, bloating and gas. I was recommended this and bought. I have taken them for a few days and the changes have been notable however not all are good. I have constant rambling in my stomach, I have constant very smelly gas and poop which is very embarrassing. I frequently go to the toilet and my discomfort is better but the smell. Do I keep taking them?

Hi. I have been using these capsules for about 10 days now. But I could have started my review after I took the first one as it made a difference right away.
I am 62 years old and for over 30 years I have had problems with loose bowl movements and tummy cramps on a daily basis. I have tried many different products over the year that never helped.
I am sorry if this next part upsets anyone but I have to be honest with my problems and how these capsules worked for me.
I suffered from almost daily Diarrhea. On a good day I would go 4 times on a bad day maybe as many as 10 times. It effected my life and left me house bound because I always had to be close to a toilet.
After just one capsule the next day I saw an improvement. My stools had changed. At this time I have Increased how many capsules I take in a day to 3 times with meals. They state you can take up to 4 at this dose but they also sell stronger capsules that are 4 times stronger so make sure you read the instructions.
As I said before my stools changes after just 1 capsule and my tummy cramps have almost gone after a week.
I will continue to monitor my own condition and see if I need to increase or decrease how many I take a day.
I am almost afraid to dream that bio kult will be my dream cure. Its hard to believe that this has changed me in such a short time. I have already ordered more so I will not be without them.
Because of my condition I have been changing the food I was eating because I was blaming some foods of making things worse. If I took beans before I would only take 1 or 2 table spoonfuls. But now I can eat more. I plan to introduce more foods little by little so I don't undo the good work that bio kult has done.
I have read many 5 star reviews about this product and now I add my own 5 stars.
This is a true and honest review and I'm not being paid and not receiving free. I hope others will read the amazon reviews and find out about bio kult. This is my story and it works for me. So try it out and I'm sure you will also see it can change lives.

I bought these mainly for my thirteen year old daughter who frequently suffers from a dodgy stomach and wind. She has noticed a significant improvement so we are very pleased.
