We've used BioGrad a few times in the past when we needed to travel and have always had excellent service.
I needed to change the date of our day 2 test but couldn't amend on the website so I contacted them via email and asked if they could help.
I received confirmation emails within 10 minutes with my requested appointment changes.
I was very pleased that this had been done so speedily as it was a worry off my mind.

They are not reliable in delivering the test kit or sending the result on time before your travel.
I had to go through another service because I have received the test kit late and just a day before my travel. It was so annoying and they also do not refund the money back

We have used Biograd Diagnostics twice now, both times very efficient, friendly and helpful staff, would definitely recommend.

Great for tests on arrival

Have used this service several times for tests on arrival and always found it punctual and easy to use.

I'm disappointed. I didn't get the result in time , I couldn't travel, I lost my plane ticket

I would have given a 5* - but really disappointed that we're still waiting for my wife's day 2 PCR test; We have submitted our day 2 sample on Day 0 ( 13th Jan 22) and my 2 daughter's sample on day-1 ( 14th Jan) - Funny enough we all got our test report ( even my daughters' samples were submitted a day later - unfortunately, my wife is still waiting for her day 2 test result; Bit disappointed !!!!

My husband and I went for our Day 2 COVID test (self-administered). Great people, service, and value. They answered all of our questions, very friendly. Definitely recommend!

Results RT-PCR came back in 9 hours from the time was received by the lab, better than expected.Recomended.

From posting the test sample to getting the result was 6 days which is well below the turn round that I expected. I was very disappointed especially given that they did my pre flight test so well

Used BioGrad a couple of times in the last month for my day 2 travel test
Always found the staff to be friendly and helpful when it comes to explaining the process
The process is straight forward and well explained in both the instructions handed to you but also displayed on wall in the booth

Submitted my results at 6pm results sent t me less than 12 hours later

Due to travel restrictions, this was my first trip back to the UK after two years to visit my parents. The Biograd staff at the Clayton Hotel, Manchester Airport, were marvellous and professional.

To begin with, my wife and I had to change the date of travel. We had already purchased PCR tests, but Biograd kindly rebooked our tests.

The tests were scheduled for 2:15pm on the date of our arrival, but our flight arrived an hour earlier. We thought we would have to wait to take our PCR test, but the staff simply fitted us in to the first available slot and we were able to do the test without any fuss. Our results came in the same day by email, at about 9:00pm in the evening.

I recommended Biograd to my brother who was arriving from Spain later that week, and he too experienced the same professional service.

Well done! This has not been an easy time for anyone travelling, but this kind of service goes a long way to making travel that bit easier for us. Thank you!

Very poor clinical practice sending out a negative Covid result and then sending a second positive result 24hours later. To make make matters worse, you have now supplied NHS Test & Trace the incorrect details extending my Covid isolation period by another week. This is total incompetence and will be reporting both of these issues to the government regulating body.

Price was as advertised on the gov.uk website - which is a bonus from the outset given the shark-like practices of other providers who try to lure you in with false prices (ably abetted by our useless government who allow this to happen on their website).

Tests took too long to arrive - although this was entirely down to Royal Mail, however, I would not get through to Biograd when I called to confirm.

Testing was as expected although the admin and form filling (both online and physical) was much more onerous than either of the other two providers we used.

Posted back to lab Tuesday evening for a result early Thursday morning which I thought was very reasonable for a postal service.

Would use again if the other (easier to complete) labs were unavailable.

Awful service, booked for next day result, had test on 19th results didn't come until 22nd so missed flight to barbados. Nobody answered phones awful customer service...had to book another test and rebook flight for an extra £950!!

Even got a refund for our antigen tests that we no longer required with the latest gov travel changes. Can’t fault them

I booked the test through"official rapid tests" company. We sent the pre travel test on a Friday for the Monday flight. It is now Wednesday and I have just received the results! The company was absolutely useless in customer service (very late email replies, chatbot that would not help and would circle you back without contacting a humab operator, no phone number to call)

Results always on time, excellent service, nice staff.

We have used this company 4 times now. Good attentive staff, spotlessly clean premises and rapid results. See you in another month Biograd!

Arrived early at the Clayton hotel at Manchester airport was seen straight away. Test was easy to do. Was done about 1815 on a Monday and my negative result was emailed to me about 0400 Tuesday. The only strange thing was 2 of the group got the early emails but the other 2 didn’t receive their results until Tues PM, yet we all were tested almost together. Would use again. Good price for a PCR at 19.99 compared to many other companies.
