Horrible communication
Horrible communication. Unable to speak directly to a sales person. They take hours to respond and give incomplete answers. After 3 days of trying to have basic questions answered and place an order, with no success, I finally requested a refund. Save yourself the frustration and deal with Oh My Health - cheaper, details on webpage more thorough and so much easier to understand. Within 10 minutes of sending a WhatsApp, I received an answer.

According to the courier timeline, your parcel was collected on the 31st and delivered on the 2nd, which was within 2 days. As mentioned, deliveries to remote regional areas can take between 1–3 days, which is why this timeframe is noted for those locations.
