We ordered 50+ pizza making kits as a treat for all our staff who are currently working from home and we couldn't be happier with the service we received. The ordering process was very quick and easy and everything arrived on time.
The pizzas themselves were very tasty with good quality ingredients and we all had a lot of fun making them and sharing our pics and videos.
We highly recommend!

Outstanding! A slight hiccup with DPD telling me the order was cancelled but excellent customer service from Jag. The pizza kits arrived on time and they were FANTASTIC!

I would 100% recommend Birtelli pizza kits to so many, these pizzas were a gift to us but Oh My God they were incredibly delicious. Everything was so thought out and each ingredient topping the perfect ratio to bring out all the flavours. So easy to make and cook, within 10 minutes these were ready to eat. What a fabulous gift to receive, but also to give.

Our good friend sent us Birtelli’s pizza kits after we had our baby - they were a godsend!! So quick and easy to make, but the best thing about it was that they were absolutely delicious!! My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed them. The ingredients were pre-prepared so no chopping involved, super fresh and of very good quality. We would definitely order from Birtelli’s again and if ever in Leamington, would pick up a cheeky takeaway too!

We ordered pizza kits for my daughter’s birthday. Easy and fun to make - and looked and tasted delicious. It was nice to do something a bit different especially since we are all spending so much time at home at the moment!

I organised my work team’s Christmas party and everyone was to get a pizza box. I did a taste test two weeks before to ensure quality and was very excited with the amazing ingredients and epic pizza. However, I write about something else. When trying to organise such a difficult remote event, Birtellis was communicative and I felt in good hands from the beginning and they enabled a very easy order of 25 different addresses on one invoice. The thing that really was wonderful though, was that DHL should have delivered the pizzas by 12 noon (long story short, Birtellis paid for that to ensure delivery ahead of our Christmas do). By 12 noon, 2 of 25 pizzas had been delivered. The co-founder (Jag), spent his entire day essentially, on the phone to DHL and to me and creating spreadsheets to track which packages were at risk. Then, we had three pizzas not delivered at 5pm and he personally looked into local delivery places and got pizzas delivered for my colleagues. Beyond impressed with the customer service AND the pizza is truly amazing. I will make a point of regularly ordering to ensure I support such a great business. Lucy

The pizzas taste great! Easy to follow instructions and ecofriendly packaging, plenty of toppings provided. Was a fun virtual activity to do on a work social.

These pizzas are the best I have ever tasted and will definetely be ordering again.
