The order came on time but 8 days after returning I have no refund. If orders are prompt then refunds should be too. The emphasis seems to be on selling at the expense of customer service if something does not fit. As the customer pays to return items, Biscuit should be more timely with refunds. I would not order from Biscuit again.

Biscuit have lovely things. But the staff, imo, are a bit snooty. They take interest in you only if you look like you might spend. I actually ended up buying a coat- but because I liked it rather than the effort of the staff. This was £250 sale. Maybe if they'd paid me some attention it would have been more!

It is a lovely shop though.

Always a pleasure and always a delight! I shop at both outlets and I find that the service, selection and price range are second to none in Edinburgh! I was at Thistle Street today and was assisted by Marie who is great at giving the best and most honest advice on what looks good and what does not on me. I left a very happy customer with my purchase as always, knowing that I bought a great item of clothing.

Biscuit team always offer helpful sizing advice for online purchases and fabric feel info etc. They offer a great mix of labels, which is great for mixing up styles and prices! I’ve not been disappointed yet and I discovered them a couple of years ago. Only wish I lived near enough to visit!

I love Biscuit and recently ordered the Yaya Fringed Cardigan and Nooki Free Bird Cream Embroidered Waistcoat. Both are fantastic additions to my autumn/winter wardrobe. As well as stocking great, unique brands, I love to support independent shops. The customer service team here are also really brilliant.

Terrible customer care even if a loyal customer. Disappointing. Recent quality issues too.
I phoned and left a voicemail and emailed. Never had replies to either.

Bought a couple of t shirts from the Red Cross sale what a great thing to do to raise some money for a good cause. Great service arrived in a couple of days very reliable service and lovely clothes very happy.
