Same issue as the rest of the people here never received item and they suck on customer service DO NOT PURCHASE. AND THEY CHARGED ME MORE THAT WHAT THE FINAL SELL PRICE SAID.

My parcel never arrived. The tracking details say that they have delivered the product but there was not even an attempt to deliver it. I have tried to contact support but no response despite attempts. I think this is a scam.

Hice una compra. Me estafaron no llegó nunca mi paquete. Envié email consultando q no me dieron respuesta real. Me dieron números de seguimientos de los envíos falsos. Me pasaron link de una página de seguimiento que tiene información falsa de la llegada del paquete. Nunca me devolvieron mi dinero ni me dieron mi compra

Order marked as delivered but never received
I placed an order with this store and the tracking later showed the parcel as delivered. However, I never received the package.
There was no courier information, no proof of delivery, and no signature. My shipping address was correct.
I contacted customer support more than once and received no response.
Due to the lack of communication and missing delivery, I am now forced to proceed with a chargeback through my bank.
I do not recommend this store.
