Rapid delivery of a very clean machine in perfect condition. The computer was supplied updated to Windows 11 as requested. This is my second purchase from Black Barn Computers on behalf of customers and the only element I think could be improved is the quality of the mouse and keyboard supplied with the computer but this is a minor issue. Full marks for a great service.

The whole experience with Black Barn Computers was simply amazing! I ordered a refurbished Thinkpad Laptop at 1am and it was with me within 24 hours later and arrived on the weekend! I was blown away by the quality of the refurbed laptop - it looked brand new! Firing it up with a Windows 11 build on it everything was dreamy and ready to go. I wouldn't hesitate to use Black Barn Computers again and i am already saving up for a new monitor through them. Excellent customer service! I would give them 10 stars if I could!

The product was well-priced and delivered quickly! Honestly, it was a great service.

What brought this down for me was the thousands of polystyrene bits it was packed with—like a flashback to the 1990s. They made a mess and were tricky to get rid of, and I just felt really guilty. These little bits cannot be recycled and will end up in landfills or, even worse, the ocean.

Easy chat feature, highly responsive service as well. They've made sure my laptop arrives in time which is amazing.

I was really impressed with the condiiton of the screen for a grade B, speed of delivery and quality of packaging. Hope there is more companies like this! I've bought 3 same screens last week, all for similar prices but from 3 different sources, one arrived in poor packaging and got damaged, another was badly scratched to the back. This company beats them all with service and accurate condition decription! Thanks again.
