Left Dundee 7am 23rd February from bus station two nice drivers Clarke and Willie crossed Tay bridge Kirkcaldy across Queensferry bridge last pick up Hamilton then Gretna for 45 minutes arrive royal Seabank 1.35 no problem checking in but oh dear not good room number 24 paid £60 extra per night for sea view had to stand to look out window to see the sea. part of room taken by en suite thats okay but another huge part of room taken by next rooms en suite only leaves you with about 12 inches to get past affected my eye sight looking at a wall with right eye and the television with left eye.now the good bits the restaurant is like poetry in motion the food is great well done chef and waiting staff dont do all inclusive but only a £ a drink.bingo gives enough time to check a full sheet but didnt win as usual no change there the bus and tram pass is great gets along.pr to Fleetwood market free probably 5 days and 4 nights is long enough in room 24.

its a shame because the staff are involved two chinese staff locked on their mobiles when the rooms should be cleaned, was told the towels etc would be changed each alternate day, had to go to reception for towels and TOILET ROLLS where have you ever stayed in a hotel and have to ask for TOILET ROLLS

My mum paid full amount and paid the cancel fee. She had to cancel 1 month before departure and lost all her money. They took the lot and sold her booked room to someone else. I am not letting this slide as i am taking legal action and i will put up horrid reviews everywhere i can. AVOID THIS LOT THEY ARE GREEDY SCAMMERS!!!!!!!

I have travelled with you for a good number of years. However extremely disappointed that full balance to be paid 16 weeks before departure. Used to be 6 or 8 weeks. But 16 weeks is awful especially when other coach companies are all 6 weeks. A good company though but sadly i wont be travelling with you again due to balance being paid 4 months before travelling.

SCAMMERS --- AVOID
All ready to go to Royal Seabank next week blissfully unaware that the balance had to be paid in advance. My wife's virgin email has been locked since Monday and I've been working on getting access , once I got access I had an email from this company telling me they cancelled my break as we hadn't paid the balance , I phoned as soon as I got the mail and offered payment straight away , money has been sitting in the bank and we just thought you paid the balance on arrival . When I phoned they didn't want to know , just said the rooms were taken and that they tried to phone , no phone calls were every received and no email reminder either. I've been scammed out of £160 deposit and totally dismayed at the way this company treats it's customers.Never again and will always . I wonder how many people they've scammed like this .AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

7: We always make all guests aware of breakfast times on check in and multiple signs are displayed around the hotel advising if breakfast times, they are subject to change week to week so we can never guarantee the start times, again this is based on occupancy levels in the hotel so that we can plan staff and food times accordingly. The 8am start is when we require effectively 2 services for breakfast that would run from 8-10am, when we have lower levels of occupancy, we change
this to 8.30 to 9.30 or 10 am accordingly.
On the pricing as you have stated all pricing has increased and as a group, we have suffered this more than most but have also actually increased pricing less than over 95% of the hotels locally as we are very conscious of trying not to pass this to our customer base where possible.
Some highlighted increases are listed below –
The 2 minimum wage increases have hit us for over £350k annually
Energy price increases have led to increased costs of over £500k annually
Food costs have risen by over £100k annually but we haven’t dropped the quality of any ingredients or suppliers which a lot of others have.
There are many more such as linen, insurance, rates etc.
We have passed on less than 1% of these increases in terms of our holiday pricing.
I am sorry you feel the way you do and you are always welcome to try alternative venues if you don’t feel we are the right fit for you, I don’t feel the need to offer any refunds or additional benefits to upcoming holidays as I feel we delivered everything as advertised and actually some of your points raised actually show how good our service was.
I consider the matter closed and hope this satisfies your raised issues.

I took a group of 30 elderly and disabled adults to Blackpool royal Boston 7th June till 10th June ,on our journey back coach came to pick the group up from royal Boston coach was full of passengers still to be dropped of which meant there wasn’t enough seating on coach driver refused to do the drop of and come back for my group kept saying there was enough seating so we got on the coach and there wasn’t enough seats most of my elderly ,disabled had to stand until next drop of point they had then disembark the bus to let other passengers of. It was an absolute disgrace,illegal, and unacceptable.I emailed Blackpool promotions on 11th June with no reply from them

Barman decanted drink from one glass to another, asked why, because glass was dirty, sorry try new drink clean glass. Dinner table soiled and asked to sit at opposite side off table. Why advertise all inclusive with light lunch, which wasn't included, but strangely still advertising on property!!! Would not even rate it one star, but seems that is minimum rating. No price lists for bar displayed. No health and hygiene. Will contact trading standards regarding this

I am just back from staying at the Royal Seabank with my daughter Fri - Mon. We had a brilliant time! Our room was lovely, food was delicious (our waitress Chloe was a delight, such a lovely girl) and the entertainment was first class! Caine Ward and Paul Mac are the best entertainers around. We complained to bp and their response. What do you expect it’s Blackpool. Our room in the royal sea bank was filthy on arrival. Crisps stamped into the carpet. Cheese in the bed linen. The shower base was disgusting and hadn’t been cleaned. STAY AWAY ❌

One Star - Complete Renovation Needed
Royal Seabank - This hotel Needs a complete renovation project. Filthy stairs, walls, carpets, lift, rooms & bedroom, shower room, paper coming away from the walls all over the hotel
Never saw a cleaner hoovering or sweeping stairs which had same dirt & crumbs all over them the whole stay Rust all over the shower, which leaked onto the floor. Shower holder was coming away from the wall. Dirty walls all over hotel. Loads of paint missing from paintwork , full of scratches, again all over the hotel. Rusty lift with food in the corner which was there for days, torn chairs downstairs in bar area. Never saw any main room cleaned. It's disgusting & worth only one Star. Food wasnt too bad, could be hotter. Dining room Waiter called Hugh only ever grunted & others agreed, actually forgot to give us our meal order one evening , after waiting a long time decided to ask another waiter. Both bar & cafe area not always attended & when they were, just one person was running from one to another. All inclusive a fix, hardly any drinks to choose from, if I wanted a de-caf coffee it was from a little sachet, not a machine. Light lunch is the same every day, little sandwiches and soup & was totally tasteless, not worth the money. We've been here a few times in the past and it now needs closing down and completely renovating. Bedroom had no mirror over the table to see when drying hair. Bed base dirty & falling apart. I have taken photos which will show you this hotel is shocking but don't know how to add them on here. I will investigate how to add them. If you want to see them let me know. It's a sh..t tip. Much nicer places to stay. Don't waste your money coming here.

Just returned from the Royal seabank Hotel, blackpool. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here as always. If something was wrong with the room, it would be fixed that day. Meals are fantastic and staff in the restaurant were always happy to help with dietary requirements. I'll be back next year.

I'm not at all impressed arrived at seabank room not ready had wait around Hour to gain access room then on several occasions at dinner service staff lost personal menu . Service well below what I expect
