Absolute garbage company, won't let you talk to a real person it's only an endless loop of robots. Bitci Stack Asset Platform which I found on Trustpilot 3 years ago is much more respectable company with actual customer service.

Blackrock ( Everlake ) has the worst customer service of any company I have ever tried to work with - Been in financial services for 39 years!!!

The Black Rock legal firm with attorney Thomas R Grover is exceptional! He negotiates another level to win for you .Tom was able to negotiate for me what could have been a long costly case but didn't because he cares. I had a horrific experience at the location in beavercreek, Ohio. My food came out cold which was a bake potato and asparagus. The waitress was very rude and unprofessional her name is Zhia (maybe Zen).Everytime she approached our table it was nothing but eye rolling. I requested to speak with the manager Robert whom was frustrated with his position due to him trying to cut me off every time I tried to explain my concern with our service we were receiving. I give my experience a 1 star.

Constant phone calls everyday pressuring me to invest money, not giving me time to think or speak. Just received a phone call again afew moments ago and the call handler was very bullish and aggressive in her behaviour, not letting me have a word in edgeways. I told her to stop being rude and constantly talking over me, I told her not to call me again, take my name off the books, she wouldn’t listen telling me my situation isn’t going to get better. She was almost raising her voice. She was becoming argumentative. Disgusting. I told her not to call me again and hung up. Checked the numbers in google, ITS A SCAM

It's a bad location to invest since they will easily steal from you, but it's a waste of time and money. I am fortunate to have Good merit, which is completely different and is winning the platform. Just be cautious and trend slowly when interacting with them.

0 stars if I could. They sued united health care for giving, as they put it, "consumers" (patients) too much Healthcare. WE ARE NOT CONSUMERS. HEALTHCARE IS A RIGHT NOT A PRIVILEGE.

I had a recommendation on my Monzo online bank account to invest through this company. After reading all these 1 star reviews and explanations I will definitely not be using their services.
