Blacks - Bury St Edmunds レビュー 

Visited Blacks in Bury St Edmunds on 8th June to purchase some walking boots for my wife. The assistant Jamie was very helpful and knowledgeable to the extent that I also purchased a pair of walking boots for myself :-)

A visit to Blacks while in Bury St Edmunds proved a successfull excercise in the search for a pair of walking trainers for a man with wide flat feet no easy task job completed with the help from Danielle who not only was patianced but had a high level of knowlèdge on footwear my thanks to her for her professionalism

My girlfriend has recently gotten into walks and small hikes, but didn’t have much knowledge on the topic. Danielle was more than helpful in figuring out what shoes and boots work best, and how to look after them and her feet. We ended up taking over an hour, and Danielle was fantastically helpful the whole time.

Charlie was very helpful so my husband found replacement trainers easily .
So lovely to receive excellent service

I went to Blacks in Bury St Edmunds and Jamie couldn't do enough for me

Danielle was so helpful in guiding us to what we needed. She ensured that the walking poles we purchased were safely adjusted to our height and demonstrated how to use them. Professional, super helpful and excellent communication skills! Thank you!

Great product range and good price for quality stuff. Helpful and friendly staff too. Also bought another fleece online and that was great too!

I was offered assistance by a young man with short curly hair, I’m sorry I didn’t ask his name. It was approximately 11.50am.
He recommended the Merrell brand for shoes and boots as I had asked about wide fittings.
He also informed me they have a good arch support too: all my choices of sizes and shoes/boots were available to try on. The assistant informed my half sizes are available on line.

Went in for a Mountain Equipment coat and received top level service!

Ordered a rab coat and Northfield.. to which was dumped on my front street which is near a high school and nature park!!!in plain site for everyone to see!to which the parcel has gone missing!!! iv been told that they are not liable as it was delivered to my home!absolutely shocking customer serviceand care!!!

Great service from Charlie at the Bury Black's store. Needed a pair of boots. Knew roughly what I wanted but he really helped with getting the right size. Also he offered more technical advise and help e.g Goretex protection outer and inner in a clear and relevant manner. That really helped my understanding. Great customer service.

Choosing my new walking boots was made easy by Joe, who made sure all was right for me with my Scarpa purchase

Thanks to Danielle's fab help , I was able to buy some comfortable walking boots, waterproofing materials, a pair of socks and a Peter Storm . She was very professional, giving lots of advice, etc. Would certainly come into Blacks again for the superb service. Thank you

As soon as I entered the store there were lots of staff members available to help me with my query. The store looked well stocked as well which was very welcoming to me. Unfortunately the tent I wanted was not available in store and so the team member who was helping me ordered the tent online for me to my home address with no delivery charge which I was impressed with. It took some time for the team member to locate our tent online and the team member kept on thanking us for waiting. My husband and I didn't mind waiting and we both thought this was a nice touch. I was very impressed with the customer service I received from Blacks and will return to them and Go Outdoors for more camping advice and products. The team member also provided me with a waterproof and sunproof solution to apply to the tent and a free guide on how to apply this solution.

Went in with my daughter for boots, socks etc for DofE silver. Lots of very useful help and advice from Jay, came away with everything we needed after about 20 or 30 minutes of trying boots to find the right pair for her. Excellent customer service and we will go back for any other items we need.

Both the young guys were lovely today, Issac and sorry didn't get the name of the one that helped me with choose my trainers. He was so helpful. I have an ankle injury and needed trainers with arch support. He helped me make the right choice. So refreshing to be served by helpful and polite assistants 😀10/08/2025
