Top draw service from Mo, I told him what I was doing and what I wanted, and he found me the perfect boots on the second attempt.

I called the store prior and spoke to a guy called Mo, who was helpful in my request.
On arrival at the store I consistently met him again who helped me find my item and reassure me about the promotion cost.

We bought 2x 40 L Osprey backpacks for our holiday in Spain by train. The help from the assistant Alan was excellent. He was knowledgeable & friendly.These backpacks are light and also have carrying handles so they can be treated like a case. We also bought two RFDI wallets (so people can't clone your credit cards).We didn't know about these until Alan told us about them. Many thanks.

Generally I love Blacks. At your store I learned the importance of buying decent boots and not skimping even though the price might make you wince. Conversations with the people in the shoe department were helpful for someone who was new to this area of shoe footwear. Every visit I've had has been 5 stars - until today. Bernard was in the shoe department, and spent most of his time on his phone. I requested a shoe, he brought it and got back on his phone. No interest whatsoever.
Also I think, as a store, you should rethink your policy on shoe horns. There weren't any, as Bernard and the manager (very helpful and positive) explained, as people kept nicking them. Well, you are selling expensive shoes; you're not Poundstretcher. I think it is worth your while to have some excellent non-nickable shoe horns (metal? on a string?) as otherwise a lot of the backs of your shoes may get bashed in. Or buy some cheap plastic ones and give them with each pair as Ecco does.
I still love the store and will keep coming back. The rest of your staff was warm, friendly and helpful, and two thumbs up to the manager. But I was disappointed.

Excellent and attentive in-store service. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. Mo in particular went above and beyond, he was very helpful and was able to find me the last pair of snow boots in store. He also gave me good recommendations for other items, with a very good knowledge of the whole range of products available. Would highly recommend the excellent service at Blacks, Tottenham Court Road.

I had to travel 10 miles just to return this coat. When I've bought it online for over £190 and got free delivery 📦 but when I called Blacks customer service to ask for refund they said okay and I need to do a return portal. Either I had to pay for the return postage or go to Tottenham Court Road store 🏬 for free return. Why can't they be more generous like the north face store and other stores 🏬 giving us free return portal to your local stores 🏬 from your home 🏠

Absolutely ridiculous store and disgusting 🤮 customer service and terrible 😣 company. Deserves to bel closed down for good 👎🏼 0 stars feedback. I hate it

This review is directed towards the two amazingly helpful chaps named ( Bernard & Maj )
Who went above and beyond when I was in store to make sure I was able to walk away with the item I was desperate to get hold of. There were some issue with the item I wanted but instead of just saying "it wasn't possible" or "try another store" both guys got to work resolving the issue while being polite, proactive and professional. Both guys were happy, helpful and seemed to be enjoying work and they had a good rapport working well with each other and shoppers. Please look after these two men as they are a brilliant, happy and helpful front face for the store and company.
