Months of delays, poor communication, and broken promises
I placed my order with Black Saber Comics on May 6, and the experience since then has been extremely frustrating.
I started contacting them in June because my order still had not shipped. Over the following months, I reached out many times and was repeatedly told that the books were shipping or had shipped, but the tracking information either showed no real movement or nothing actually arrived.
I also received damaged books on another order. Black Saber told me they would provide replacement/compensation, but months later I am still waiting. Most recently, I was told the replacement books would be sent with my “next order,” even though this issue should have been resolved long ago.
What frustrates me most is not simply the delay — delays can happen. It is the repeated promises, lack of clear communication, and the amount of time I have had to spend chasing them for updates.
After months of waiting and contacting them again and again, these issues are still not fully resolved. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend ordering from Black Saber Comics.
