I don't often review, and when I do I have to admit it's because I complain. So here comes the exception..
This software just works as advertised. I like building chatbots, and the occasional voicebot, and I'm happy to say that, well, I'm happy.
- Signup process; works.
- Manual: Hardly needed it, it's intuitive
- Switching on AI engines from Wit; the Facebook engines work in all languages it supports, even Arabic. Go eat your heart out Google, you still ignore the Middle East market!
- Publishing a bot: not necessary, it works automatic out of the box on any channel like WhatsApp. I built it in our Android app, it works.
- I can go on. It works.
