I recently started a new contract for my salon WiFi with networkdigital NDC. After one month I had over £390 taken out of my bank account without receiving any invoice or explanation. I discovered that Blizzard unitily is that company that deals with NDC invoicing. When I questioned the amount taken I was informed it was for a month I didn’t even receive WiFi and an engineer cost that I did not ok.I was then never given a job number or receipt for the engineer work. I disputed the costs and refused to pay any more and cancelled my rolling contract. With that came more corrupt costs. I found both parties Mike from NDC and staff at blizzards unhelpful, condescending, patronising and unprofessional. I would stay away from this company. I feel like I have been robbed and scaremongerd with legal action unless I pay unexplainable costs. Very unhappy client.
