No customer support / impossible to close account
On 4 occasions, I contacted their support team at the email address listed on the website regarding closing my account. Unfortunately, I never received any response.
Additionally, there is no option on their website to close or delete an account, which makes it very frustrating for users who simply want to stop using the service. A basic account management feature like this should be clearly available.
The lack of response from customer support and the absence of a proper account cancellation option reflect poorly on the level of service provided. Based on my experience, customer service has been mediocre at best.
I strongly recommend that they improve their support responsiveness and provide users with a clear way to close their accounts. Until then, I would advise others to be cautious before signing up.
