so was waiting for withdrawal for 250 pound you have to deposit at least 100 pound to get this and this is the minimum you can withdraw just wanted my withdrawal and then close this account
5 days still pending says on my account that account was verified asked why it was taking so long they then sent me an email asking for another 11 documents could believe it I've been a punter for 30 years have never seen any site asking for 11 documents and one was for my bank card not even saying to cover any numbers

I had 310 EUR balance, requested a withdrawal, and my account was immediately closed.
Support gave contradictory answers:
KYC approved
Account closed by “management”
Balance “automatically lost”
They now claim they can’t even see my balance because the account is closed.
This is not how licensed casinos operate.

£250 withdraw minimum? i got to 275 with there bonus and couldn't withdraw a penny. So we are basically depositing for nothing.
Scam site just like every other review has said. On the site it says just a 20 deposit for a withdraw aswell
You will never be able to cash out due to the terms and bonus rules. They told me I would have to deposit another 80 to cash out then probably do a runner with that.
I've also been seeing that they ask people for much more id then needed same as they did with me. So no doubt they are using our details aswell

The site is a proper scam do not use. If you win say £200 they won't pay it out unless you have deposited £200 or more and they say its in there terms and conditions 9.11.2 .

Scam do not use!!!!! Will not payout. Requested 11 different documents for funds to be released one included a picture of my bank card.
