Blooms the chemist in Huonville TAS. Shorts you on your medication and when you ask them about it instead of helping you out they gang up on you like high schoolers. The last time I talked to the pharmacist on the phone she berated me then hung up on me because I gave them a one star review WHICH THEY DESERVED. And when I went to confront her about it she BALD FACE LIES HER ASS OFF and said it never happened. She then says”I’m calling the cops” not because a crime had been committed but because she had no defence of what she did and needed an authority figure TO HIDE BEHIND. This pharmacy is pathetic. Totally unprofessional and act more like 13 year olds rather than qualified pharmacists.
Avoid like the plague.

Blooms the Chemist online is fraudulent. They supply band aids which are different to the ones in store. Although their band aids are not fit for purpose, they will not refund my bulk purchase. However the chemist based at Randwick for online is a star, hence the one star for her.

I would NEVER use this chemist again. Unfair and dangerous sales tactics to get a quick sale. Extremely aggressive and rude owner. DO NOT buy a CPAP machine from them until you have had second opinions and don't listen to their scare tactics to get a fast expensive sale. I put in a complaint with the Blooms Franchise and they have done nothing so I have put in complaints with Fair trading and Health Professional Authority.

Blooms The Chemist in Bundaberg is the best pharmacy in the whole of Australia, for service, professionalism and customer care. My husband even got his flu shot there. Cannot recommend them too highly.

Blooms Helensvale is the worst Chemist on the Gold Coast (if not the Country).
Three times I left prescriptions there and have been told to come back anywhere from 10 to 15 minutes later.
The first time I came back 20 minutes later and waited 10 minutes more for my prescription to be ready
The second time I came back 25 minutes later and waited 15 minutes more for my prescription to be ready
The third time I came back 30 minutes later and waited 30 minutes more for my prescription to be ready.

This Chemist wasn't busy during the three times I visited and have no sense of what it is like to waste someone's time....nor did I get an apology on any occasion.

To all reading this review, get your prescriptions filled elsewhere - this Chemist is useless.

I'll never buy anything from this Blooms or any other Blooms ever again
