Had an absolutely amazing time in your Plymouth store, Liam and the team are an asset to you, loving the fresh new look it’s easier to shop but but but what has happened to the music ?!? Bought some cool biker backpacks, clothes and jewellery

Ordered a hoodie for my partner. Service overall was very good, and quick delivery.

I honestly would not go anywhere else to have a piercing than the Cardiff store, the staff on the counter were so lovely and even joked with me about having to come back to have the second one done. I felt like they totally understood peoples decision, Robyn who did my piercing the first time also did the one when I returned and honestly like the first time made me feel comfortable and said how well I had looked after the first one which was really encouraging. Would recommend the Cardiff store to anyone looking to get a piercing, what genuinely love people and Robyn was perfect, thank you.

Got my nose pierced today and had a wonderful experience. Im a wimp when it comes to needles but my piercer, Billie, was lovely and talked to me the whole time. Luckily didn't pass out, lol!

Visiting the reading branch today was a really pleasant trip, Staff are really friendly and helpful ,polite .We couldn't get a tshirt in store so ordered it on line for us .The staff make the store a friendly welcome place to shop .Managers you should be proud of you staff.

ive been to bluebanana in Leeds City Centre twice now, and the care and professionalism in their consultations for anatomy analysis and piercing is unreal! Yesterday I got 3 piercings and felt abit dizzy after, but Grace was super caring and calm, offered me water, and kept me comfy until i was ready. Would 100 percent recommend getting pierced here. Staff is super friendly and helpful too :)) the piercing look fabulous

Purchased a gorgeous pair of Doc sandals at a great price. The website is simple to navigate and not 'glitchy'. The checkout is simple and quick. Because I ordered before 3pm yesterday, my delivery arrived today. I cannot comment on 'customer service interaction', because this transaction was absolutely seamless (obviously due to the 'behind the scenes customer service)... well played Blue Banana!

I had the pleasure of taking my daughter for her 1st ever piercing at 19 to BB Leicester store for her navel and treated myself to a sternum whilst waiting.
We had the lovely Skye doing the honours. Skye was welcoming and could instantly see my daughter who has ASD was comfortable in her presence. She took the time to level up the markers perfectly not rushing which for me made me feel that she was going above and beyond to make this a positive first experience for my girl. Throughout both of our treatments Skye was chatty down to earth but remained professional and informative. I've had many piercings in my time and I must say that Skye was one of the best. I love my new sternum piercing and was great to see how pleased Skye was with her own work which shows passion for her skill

Hannah did my piercing. She was very reassuring and professional. The piercing was incredibly quick and (almost) painless.
Highly recommend.

Order was well packaged & arrived quickly

Bought some shoes online, the next day I got an email saying my order was cancelled as they don’t have the shoes I ordered? Somehow they took the money anyways and then refunded and now I’m stuck in a cycle waiting for the money to go back in to my account week later! I’ve not used this company before and I’m really disappointed!

One piercing that I got yesterday had fallen out (different shop) so went to bb to get it sorted. Upstairs staff really nice but the piercer who sorted me out didnt wear gloves and I didnt see them wash their hands either after dealing with a previous client although they took the time to clean the bench. They cleaned the pierced area but not the bar I had been holding in my hand for abt 15 minutes (I wouldn't even care if they used the same antiseptic wipe) Then once the bar I had was back in they proceeded to say that I needed a longer bar. Won't be getting any piercings done there unless there's another emergency situation like this. I only went because I thought it would be cleaner than me doing it myself but turns out it wasn't.

Edit: the piercer did not wear gloves or clean the jewelry before hand

My Daughter took advantage of the current offer of Buy one piercing and get the second half price , she had 2 high Cartlidge piercings  . Staff upstairs sorted all she needed with ease and professionalism . Went down stairs and this time she was pierced by Tiggs ( Tegan) who we have talked to many many times when she’s upstairs ! Thank you Thank you Thankyou for your help and patience and professionalism in sorting where she wanted them doing and sorry she bled :) your a credit to Blue Banana Tiggs !! the whole experience again was fantastic ! See you all soon :) .
