Blueglo have been to resolve issues for us 3 or 4 times over the c3 and a half years we’ve lived here. (Note that each time it’s a slightly different issue - this time caused by me fitting a new Thermostat / control….)
On EVERY single occasion, they have very quickly identified the issue we’re having (sometimes before I’ve even finished describing the symptoms!) and resolved it for us.
ALWAYS helpful, friendly and very efficient.
I would definitely recommend Blueglo.

We were very impressed with all our dealings with Blueglo right from the initial survey/quotation process which was clear, prompt and competitive through to the installation. The two fitters (Danny and Jack) were a credit to Blueglo. They arrived on time, were always polite and cheerful and worked hard. Additionally, they kept us posted on all things that they were doing and how any problems had been resolved.
We have no hesitation in recommending Blueglo.

We wanted to install a new boiler and were recommended to contact Blueglo. We were given a quote for the work that would be undertaken within an hour of Ben coming to our property.
The engineer arrived a week later and changed the boiler. They provided a very professional service which I would highly recommend.

Fantastic bunch of lads, Dave gave me a start date, turned up bang on 0800 that day, most of our complete refit bathroom was out in half a day, Dave and Derek are a very professional pair of grafters, we were very impressed by there standard of work clean, tidy, and very precise in what they do, I even cooked them bacon butties, or sausage butties everyday because they worked so hard. Now after one week we have a beautiful new fitted bathroom, Dave, Derek Thankyou so much.

Instant response from an online enquiry that I sent. Kim was a pleasure to communicate with and made booking an engineer very easy. The engineer was professional and very pleasant. Paperwork sent through within 24 hours of the appointment. A very easy experience and I would recommend blueglo to everyone!

Twice now we've dealt with Blueglo over the last 2 years and both times it's been a pleasure. First time they completed a full Bathroom refit and were extremely conscious of the fact it was our only bathroom so did an amazing job of limiting disruption. The second we needed some work doing on our stopcock and also some work in the bathroom, although they weren't able to assist in helping in the bathroom as it was a very small piece of tiling they happy made suggestions to help us out.

I have always had very good support from this company. I have just had a new boiler and flue installed by them. It was a difficult job involving connection to a large underfloor heating system. The new flue was necessary because my old one was not up to the required specification. The change required replacing tubing through the house from top to bottom. Dan Simmonds, a director, did the design and preparation and Alastair did the installation. Everything was excellent.

A great local Company that never fails to provide the highest level of Service whilst helping us to manage our costs. Prompt and reliable over multiple visits with clear Quotes for costs and time-frames.

Joe and the team have been servicing and installing AC systems for our various container workshops and facilities since 2022.

They are a very professional outfit that has proved reliable, resourceful and motivated to provide the best service and quality.

We were incredibly busy with our internal projects when we required their help. They took the project on and managed it from start to finish with great communication and results; allowing us to focus on our tasks as an America's Cup Race Team.

Thanks so much to the lovely Chris from Blueglo for attending and replacing our heating pump this morning. Chris was knowledgable, came well prepared, un-rushed yet efficient and took the time to talk us through everything he did. One brief call out and we have heating again! We will definitely use Blueglo again if we have any further issues in the future.

My experience with Blueglo was fantastic and I would highly recommend them for any air-conditioning installations. The team helped me with deciding the right size units, installation was prompt and efficient, and we haven’t had a single issue months after the install.

Can't rate these guys highly enough! They re-floored most of my house and everyone involved in the job was super-friendly and professional. The work was done to the highest quality and I'm really pleased with everything :-)

We had a constant drip on our shower and our bathroom fan had stopped working. I spoke to Dan and he came out to have a look. On inspecting the shower he was very knowledgeable, as he recommended replacing just one part on the shower rather than the whole unit. The next day the quote was through and we had a plumber booked in, who came and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend Dan / Blueglo and will definitely use them again!

Contacted several firms to obtain quotes for converting existing shower in bath into a wet room , to avoid any possibility of stubbing toes on a shower entrance and tripping over , due to age and disability of occupants. Dave of Blueglo visited to assess what we required and give advice and was able to quote a very acceptable price for a full wet room conversion. I think we should advise anyone contemplating such a conversion they need to obtain several quotes because we found prices varied considerably not by hundreds but thousands of pounds and we consider that we were most fortunate that we arranged for Dave of Blueglo to visit. Having accepted the quote , we were given a starting date of 22nd January , 2024 and told the work would last approximately one week without us needing to vacate the property and that we would be left toilet facilities each evening. We paid a 50% deposit , 28 days before the scheduled starting date. As promised at 8.00 a.m. on 22nd January , Dave , Gary and Ryan arrived to commence. Gary was always present and Jamie or Ryan also attended , meaning two available throughout. All the workers were extremely pleasant/helpful , tidy and the workmanship exemplary. The work was completed to schedule and the following week we paid the balance due , and consider we have been truly fortunate to have chosen Blueglo.

Very pleased with the fast and professional service to fix plumbing issues around my kitchen sink and tap.

Had an issue with our heating and David the engineer came out to diagnose the issue, very professional and cheerful he ordered the part required then came back 2 days later to fit it. We were well impressed and will use these guys again should we need them.

I e-mailed them to ask if they could send a plumber to do three small jobs; withing two days I had a response, confirming a date, and asking if I wanted morning or afternoon. Almost immediately I received an e-mail from a second person saying that they couldn't/wouldn't do the work. The latter is apparently the final reply. Unprofessional and in the case of Alexa Macarthur, rude.

David (Ironman!) was excellent, fixed our faulty pressure and was a pleasure to speak with too. Explained what needed doing and why, I could not recommend higher.
