No customer service! I have left 3 messages and sent 2 emails. Customer service goes to voicemail but no one returns the call. My unit has been down for 3 weeks now with no response.

The support is non-existent. Blueworks will spend weeks disputing a Warranty issue with their product and claiming you did not buy their product from them (even though you show evidence of an invoice and PayPal). Terrible service and very frustrating to deal with representatives who speak broken English and keep asking for the same documentation. DO NOT BUY!!!

Bought a Blueworks salt system on Amazon and it is a piece of junk, hasn't worked from day one, and they won't let you return it. I tried for MONTHS to get help from the company and the one time I was able to get a hold of someone by phone, I could hear children screaming in the background like they were at home or their kids were in the office and the lady on the phone didn't seem to know anything about their product. My pool looks terrible, the product doesn't make chlorine and leaks, and I'm left with a cheap knock-off of what they sell at the pool store.
