Asked before purchasing if it would make it to California before September 22nd because I’m leaving for vacation and they said yes so I even purchased faster shipping!! And I’ve been seeing the tracking and it hasn’t moved at all . Not good at all wish they would have been honest .

Thank you for your feedback. We’re very sorry for the frustration, but we’d like to clarify that the delivery standard provided for your location was September 22. USPS had initially updated the tracking with an earlier estimated delivery date of September 18; however, for reasons that are currently unclear, there have been no further tracking updates.
Our Customer Care team has already opened a support ticket with the carrier, and the shipment is currently under investigation. We pride ourselves on—and are known for—our exceptionally quick deliveries, so we completely understand how disappointing this delay is, especially with your upcoming vacation.
We certainly would never intentionally provide misleading delivery information. Unfortunately, once a parcel is with the carrier, unexpected transit delays can occasionally occur outside of our control. Please be assured that our team is already actively following up and will continue working with the carrier toward a resolution.
