Very professional service.

What brilliant service. I took my car in to diagnose and rectify a faulty window motor. I left them to it and went home. Two hours later I got a call from them saying job done. I returned to collect my car and pay the bill. No parts needed replacement just a faulty connection which was rectified. No spurious major fault or unnecessary repairs as is so often done by garages. They have won my trust and respect and I will certainly take my vehicles back again in the future knowing I can expect first rate service and honesty.

I’ve got to say over the last couple of years I’ve gotten to know Tim and his team very well they are an exceptional and very professional group of mechanics and staff.. I cannot express how helpful Tim has been to me. I have one certain problem where the AA had caused damage to my vehicle and I had to claim off of them. to the point where he used his own time to help me write various emails during my correspondence with the AA and trying to ensure compensation from them which we did achieve. I’ve used them many times over the years for my MOT’s and bits and pieces that I’ve had to have done in my car or my wife’s car the service is outstanding along with a professionalism and the knowledge that they possess I would highly recommend BMS to anybody with any form of motor problems they are exceptional team that I will always be very very grateful for.. so once again, many many thanks to you, Tim and your fantastic team…

So, I have been coming here for a year now . My first time I said I would be back and I have been ever since. These guys are so helpful, professional and do a great job. I could not recommend them any higher ! Nice people , who I completely trust . Also still great coffee!

The Staff and service is excellent. If you’re looking to find a trustworthy garage then look no further. Been using this establishment for years and they are superb.

Can't rate them highly enough! I wouldn't go anywhere else! Friendly, professional, honest and they always strive to meet the customer's need, often going above and beyond and really putting themselves out which is rare elsewhere nowadays!

I’ve been with BMS for a couple years now and I’m always impressed with their friendly, professional customer service and the excellent value of their MOTs and servicing of my car. My wife and I won’t go anywhere else.

From start to finish I can't tell you what a relief it was to find BMS cars. Being a woman on my own I know absolutely nothing about cars. From the moment you call reception they are amazing and reassuring to the workshop where they take the time to explain things to you. Honestly the best service. The friendliest people. From now on the first people I'll call with any issues I may have.

Excellent service, honest and fair with work carried out. Carried out an MOT, passed.

As they post, the dreaded MOT came around, been messed around with MOTs before with garages trying to upsell unnecessary parts. BMS were great, really friendly over the phone and the same in person. Completely pain free experience which is what you want at the end of the day. Can’t recommend them enough!

BMS was recommended by a friend, and I wasn’t disappointed. I took my niece’s car to them for a service and MOT. They quoted before the job so there were no surprises. All the staff were attentive, professional and friendly. They were honest and straightforward, which I really appreciated. They also worked to my timescales and really put the customer first. I will definitely be a returning customer and have no hesitation in recommending them.
