I have recently had all of the downstairs flooring in my house replaced with Karndean flooring, supplied and fitted by Bogan’s Carpets, and I honestly could not be happier.
The product itself is absolutely amazing and has completely transformed the space. From start to finish, the service from Bogan’s was second to none. The team were professional, helpful and efficient throughout, and everything was carried out with real care and attention.
The fitter was superb — clean, tidy, meticulous and clearly took pride in his work. It made such a difference having someone so respectful of the house while the work was being done.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Bogan’s Carpets. Fantastic service, excellent workmanship and a beautiful finished result. Five stars from me.

We previously used Bogans several years ago without issue. Unfortunately, our recent experience has been extremely disappointing, and we will NEVER use them again.
Following an initial fitting delay in December 2024, we were not informed that only one fitter would attend, despite having paid for two fitters to complete the work in one day. Instead, the job was carried out by a single fitter over three days due to staff illness, with no proactive communication. Despite repeated requests, my calls were not returned.
The completed workmanship was substandard: loose and incomplete edgings, frayed edges not secured, missing door strips/grippers, and damage to the understairs area caused by hammer use (which they agreed to reimburse). It took numerous calls, emails, and photographic evidence before they returned in January 2025 to rectify the issues.
Less than a year later, the same problems reoccurred — carpets lifting on the stairs and elsewhere — creating a safety risk. A child in the property slipped and fell as a result. After further persistent chasing, they returned, but the repairs were again poorly executed, and an additional crack appeared.
I formally wrote to them on 13 February 2026 and have received no response.
This has been the worst customer service and workmanship I have experienced. I am seeking reimbursement for the defective work and associated damage and will now pursue legal action due to their continued lack of accountability.
I strongly urge the company to address its quality standards and customer service practices. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend them.

One star is too many! Ordered November, still waiting on fitting. Dreadful service, failed promises on so many occasions. Keep telling me they’re busy. Never answer phone. Nice fitters tbf when they turn up. Avoid at all costs.

Awful customer service, woman gave a fake name for a member of staff.. clearly they find it funny. Immature service

While choosing carpet service was ok, had a little chat while processed everything. Unfortunately after service not so good!. The carpet fitter arrived with a bit of an attitude.. I'd just had the hallway professionally painted hence getting a new carpet. He proceeded to throw the silver door plates up the stairs, the floor runners with the nails he stood up against the walls this scratched the paint on the walls. He asked about an aerial that had previously been under the carpet and asked if it was to sit on top of the carpet. Which I replied no its sits under the carpet. Later that evening I went into my daughter's room dumped on the floor was said wire, without my knowledge he had cut the wire! He must have had a small cut as he bled on the wall and carpet and didn't tell me, why he didn't look to clean it up or at least let me know I could have helped. The walls were left with black marks. Bag of rubbish left in front wall, if would have said he is not taking to dispose of I would have moved it out the rain and put in my bin. I rang Bogans and the lady who answered on reception was just as rude, apparently those blackmarks on my walls are off the carpet and can't be helped! They advised the carpet man would come back out to remove the blood off the carpet. I had already removed it from the wall which it stained.
Carpetman did arrive looking sheepish mumbled an apology got blood off carpet and left. No sorry for your walls, leaving rubbish cutting wires etc. I had to retouch all the walls he'd marked.I'd advise to avoid Bogans, I did not choose the carpet fitter, they did! I raised a complaint on 21st October havent even acknowledged. Get your money then don't care

After we were shockingly let down twice by United Carpets & Beds for our Kitchen flooring we popped in on the off chance they could help. They ordered and fitted our flooring within 2 days. Amazing service and I couldn't be happier. So helpful and the fitters are lovely guys. Thank you so so much for everything. I will deffo recommend and use for all my house flooring.

Customer service is a JOKE, asking for a particular product and they star moaning that they can't quote for me, they need to measure. I provided them a measurement then they moaning that they need to do it by themselves. They gave me a price of different product despite I asked for different!

Product was fine, fitting terrible aftersales non existent told would have to pay again to fix floor they fitted badly themselves totally disgusted will never use them again avoid like the plague

Can't say enough good things about my experiences with this company. I'm a returning customer and recommend them to anybody I know who needs carpets or flooring.
Always polite and helpful.
Just carpeted the whole house of my 90 year old Mother and they were just wonderful.

Very pleased with end result of our Karndean flooring.
Thanks to Dan who laid the floor, his meticulous attention to detail and skilled professional approach resulted in a super job.

Customer service is minus - 0 absolutely disrespectful , condescending and a bad representation of the business. But the fitter is a lovely gentleman, helpful and super professional. Highly recommend the fitter.

Lovely, helpful staff who go that extra mile. Reliable service. Great value too. This was my first experience of Bogan’s and I wouldn’t hesitate to return or to recommend them.

Previously had carpet from Bogans -so as first day of search for carpet we headed for Bogans Liverpool branch - Within 30 mins we were sorted 2 room hall stairs and landing - all thanks to the magic of Natalie - we specified our criteria and she expertly directed us to the best choice - its now fitted by a wonderful team of carpet fitters Chris couldn’t be more delighted. Thank you Natalie

My kitchen floor is absolutely stunning.
Kardean range.
Phil, Pete and Tom were excellent in terms of communication and skills. Tom especially created a fantastic border and laid the Kardean to perfection. The only downside was the uptake of my old floor. The workmen didn’t reattach my washing machine correctly and thus I had a small flood which rendered the floor wet. This then had a knock on to the laying of the new floor. I am still waiting for my free cleaning fluids as way of compensation. Overall, I am pleased and would recommend for the fitting service and sales service.

Sold my son a second hand carpet it was trimmed along one side & had cutouts for a door opening !

Great service from start to finish. No hard sell on choosing, terms easy to understand and - most importantly - fitting was done well and with a minimum of fuss. Fitters were polite and helpful. Would recommend.

Excellent customer service from start to finish at the Liverpool store. Staff all extremely helpful. Love my new carpets!! Highly recommended 👌 will be back for more rooms later in the year.
