Bolt Removals moved my daughter from Cardiff to London yesterday and I cannot praise them highly enough. They arrived bang on time and emptied her entire flat so quickly and efficiently we were amazed. They took care and attention of my daughter’s belongings and were so professional ,friendly and courteous. I am ashamed to say I didn’t catch the names of the workmen but they were wonderful-fantastic at their job and a real credit to Bolt. We will definitely hire Bolt again when she moves back to Wales and would not hesitate to recommend them. They took all the stress out of moving! Thank you

Great removals company. Timely, professional and sensibly priced. They promptly helped me dismantle a sofa even though I had not paid for that service as they wanted my move to be as stress free as possible. Will definitely recommend to friends and family. 10/10 service

Communication was excellent throughout; planning, quoting and the removal day were all handled very well. Phone calls were always answered, and e-mails were responded to promptly.

We had a small timeframe to organise the removal, the date changed a few times, Julian and his team were very accommodating.

The team put in a solid shift in on removal day, they started at 08:30 and finished off around 18:00. I could not fault their effort and work ethic. We had the packing service for our kitchen, they did a great job and were careful with our belongings. Clearly label your boxes and bags as there were a few that ended up in the wrong place, maybe lost in translation.

They had all the gear required, front door padding/cover, padding for furniture, lots of long carpeted rolls to reduce dirt on stairs, carpets and hard floors etc.

We had a very positive experience with Bolt Removals, I'm glad we found this company, I would recommend.

Bolt removals were AMAZING! From the initial quotation, to communication through the process they were friendly professional and obviously very experienced. We moved from Cardiff to Shropshire, they turned up with 4 vans, 5 men and were on time on both days. They were helpful, friendly and extremely professional. I couldn’t recommend them more highly and they were the most competitive price too.
They made the whole experience stress free and I would definitely use them again in the future and encourage others to do the same.

They did a great job packing all our things up ready for moving. Nothing was broken and everything was well organised. They were excellent on removals day and very patient when we debated where we wanted things! They even offered to move anything we weren't happy with at the end. They were such nice people, very respectful and nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend them.

we had bolt removals to move us to our new home. unfortunatley we not get our keys until 5pm but Stefan Christian and Danny were very patient professional and very polite. the price was very reasonable even though we had to pay for extra waiting to pay. would definitely recommend bolt removals. gaynor and mike bulpin

There couldn't be a better company for house removals - every aspect was carried out professionally and courteously, from the WhatsApp video assessment for the quote onwards. The packing team was friendly, cheerful and helpful, wrapping every item carefully. Nothing was too much trouble even though arriving in Cambridge after a long drive. They went beyond requirement in working really hard at getting a recalcitrant chest of drawers around and down a narrow staircase bend - and achieved it to our cheers! The quote was the best value for money, and the service beyond excellent.

What a marvellous company to engage with for house moves. We have spent 43 years moving around with HM Forces, and wish Bolt Removals had been available. We have moved from Wales to East Yorkshire. From the WhatsApp video fir assessment to the removal team arriving ti wrap and pack,the lads were top notch. Careful packing, bubblewrapped, paper wrapped, boxes sealed and on the waggons, the guys were professional, friendly, helpful, cheerful and so good at their job. The unload was slick, boxes put in rooms as labeled. On unpack, not a thing chipped or damaged. All of this made it the best move and eased the stress levels for us. Incredible value and worth every penny. Will gladly recommend Bolt Removals to anyone.

Our experience with Bolt was fantastic - from their packing service to their removals and storage. They were so understanding when we didn't complete in time and had to unexpectedly move our belongings into storage for six weeks! They packed and stored our items in October and then moved us in to our new home in January. Communication was great and they treated our belongings with care - the team are lovely, kind and helpful! Couldn't fault them. Thank you for everything.
