The departure location shows jhb. Didn't notice it was Lanseria. Fortunately picked it up in time to depart from Lanseria. Everything else was fine. Easy to use.

Poor service on refund process ad the cancellation charges are enforced with no reason as the cancelation was not from my end and it was cancelled by Airlines in december due to travel ban on SA,,, so now there is no reason for Airlines or Flight centre to enforce the cancellations charges when it was not my mistake.
And at the same time other airlines i.e Qatar has refunded the full amount and the travel agency was Travel gate with no hastles.

Ticket was overpriced- almost R3700
Ticket was overpriced- almost R3700. Normal price is R1600. The compensation commission will be notified about this. When you call the call centre number which appears on the e-mail that is sent out for conformation of the flight; you are then given another number to call. You then have to call this number about 5 times before someone eventually decides to answer and attend to your query.
