We had a booking for nine but we had gone out for food first so we went over and asked if we could push it back a bit as we’d be running late the girl on the desk said that was fine as no one was after and we could start ten mins late and still have our 30 minutes we then went in and got told we’d only get 20 minutes as we were late and someone had booked after us we were then given other peoples forms which had their personal information on and we informed them that they couldn’t give those out due to GDPR, they we’re very rude about the whole situation so we asked for a refund, would not recommend ever going!

Just got back from from Watford venue. Thank you soo much to Brandon and team. You were awesome hosts, I have 24 incredibly happy kids who had to be dragged away from the fun! Thanks for an amazing party, food, venue, games..... everything was perfect. Lots of parents came to me after the party and commented on how much fun the kids had! Those parents who stayed also commented on how good the staff were with looking after the party. Really can't thank you enough!

Went to Watford battle bar, Leo was very helpful and shook my hand 5 stars.

Battle in ipswich. New venue. Staff was friendly food and drink reasonable price, nachos, sweet potato fries was delicious but the chicken tenders were massively over cooked and over seasoned (luckily had some beer left) music was way to loud, you couldn't have a conversation with mates.

Overall experience was good but could be better.

We had a great time at Battle Bar Thurrock. David was a great host, he showed us the techniques and coached our group really well. Will definitely come again!!!!!

I paid £65 for an hours axe throwing experience for a friends birthday.
The instructor showed up over 45minutes late and then stood outside to finish her cigarette first. She finally approached my group after disappearing to the staff room for another 10 minutes and said “are you waiting” with some attitude without so much as an apology. We were then told we could only have 20mins because another group was after us so “there’s no point in scoring because you haven’t got long.”

The management were very kind and refunded me without any problems, but sadly this woman completely ruined our whole experience.

The other instructor Alex, was an absolute saving grace for the company. He wasn’t even dealing with us but continued to apologise and see if there was anything he could do to help. He was happy and enthusiastic and deserves recognition. The team next to us were clearly having a much better time than we did.

Done the Escape the WildWest escape room and it was absolutely brilliant.
We had a group of 4, was a lot of fun and even managed to do it within the time and make it on the leader board.
The props to wear were a good touch.

Extremely disappointing experience!
Lakeside Boom Battle Bar - I paid £65 for two of us the take part in Axe Throwing for an hour. I was handed 3 blunt, small, yellow and black axes from B&Q (one which had black electrical tape wrapped around the handle).
I am not one for leaving negative reviews but this experience was a very expensive disappointment!
The host Alex (great upbeat attitude) was the only positive about this experience but unfortunately he was not enough to give any more than one star

I tried to book their Lakeside venue for a family outing but their online booking system just hung up (on my PC) or said "Try again later" (on my Smartphone).

They have no contact details on their website such as phone number or email address just a link to Whatsapp. I tried to contact them by Whatsapp (and Facebook and Instagram) and got no responses from any of these systems.

Perhaps they didn't want my custom? They certainly won't get it now.

Awful everything. Drinks served after half an hour of waiting and a super rough crowd, aggressive and didn’t feel safe at all.
