Horrible.
Plate-forme ultra basique avec un centre d’aide inexistant. Vous parlez à une AI qui n’est d’aucune aide et on ne peut joindre personne. Les formats de documents sont nuls. Vous ne pouvez pas afficher les prix HT et les clients pros sont perdus car il faut leur expliquer que le prix affiché est TTC et avant la remise. Mon site web est développé autour de Booqable (je n’ai pas choisi leur front end qui est trop basique comme tout le reste) mais un front end codé. Mon webmaster s’arrache les cheveux avec la gestion des prix et produits. Fuyez.

The web design is great but too many things that go against it. 1. They don't allow you to create a sitemap. So indexing pages with Google is not friendly. 2. They don't integrate with Google maps. 3. The tech support is non-existent.

Listen, I gotta say—Lee, The Rental Guy, nailed it. Everything he said on his YouTube channel, @therentalguy, was spot on. Booqable has been exactly what we hoped for: intuitive, flexible, and just plain easy to use. We weren’t expecting trouble, and aside from a few minor hiccups (which are totally normal), it’s been smooth sailing.

I only found Booqable because I follow Lee occasionally and happened to catch one of his videos. I’m so glad I did—otherwise, I’d probably still be forcing my rentals through Shopify and other platforms that just weren’t built for this. With Booqable, nothing feels forced. Everything flows.

And the more we dig in—the more data we collect, the more we explore tags, the more we update invoices while keeping the same booking number—the more we love this platform. Multi-location setup? Seamless. Reporting? Can’t wait to see the full picture after a year.

There is no live technical support. This is unconscionable, when so much money is at stake. They advertise support available during normal business hours but all you get is an AI agent in the chat. And of course there is no phone support. Very, very, very disappointing

The technical support is minimal and deflects a lot of issues to the development team (that you cannot talk to). After highlighting glitches in processing deposits (we need to do daily). 2 months on and I am still dealing with issues that have added workload. The software is clean and simple on the face, but lacks automation. Automation and reducing manual tasks are the primary reasons for implementing software; however, many manual workarounds are still required. The software has potential, but needs development

Technical support is poor. Rarely do they read the complaints but merely gloss over and miss pertinent information with what needs fixing. I've been waiting for 10 days for a developer to fix my issue on two sites that is affecting same day orders and I'm losing hundreds of dollars day while they tell me...it is being investigated ..

The back end for renting is quite easy to manage and that's why i decided to go with Booquable. But the website builder is extremely basic, you have almos no freedom to customise your site, and the rental/checkout/products CRM is really bad, you can't add up-sales or add-ons to products, you can't add popups or notes to de extra services, you can't make the extra services to be applied per product and are just per order, so if someone rents 3 bikes and they seclet premium insurance they will only pay for the insurance for 1 bike instead of the 3.

Is so so SO basic that it's just not worth it. You are better off with something that might look a little bit more complicated to set up and to manage after but you will be able to do what you want to do instead of having to find work arounds everything.

Customer service is quite slow but they always tried to help. I had a call with Asuka and she was lovely and tried to help me as much as she could, but the platform it just so basic that nothing that I wanted to do was an existing featured. She helped me to find workarounds or suggested other options, but i'm far from where I would like to be with my store.

They were unable to help me with adding multiple products to my store. Huge lack of communication between support and my tech guy. And then no refund on top of all this in which I will have to take the hit on due to their incapability. HORRIBLE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!

Jeffrey helped me through several tasks that I thought were impossible after attempting to watch several YouTube videos. He made it easy and taught me skills to help myself next time. He made me more confident in using the booqable site and its many features.

Nous avons testé l'app. Un enfer. L'UX est catastrophique, les clients sont débités au lieu d'avoir une empreinte de carte. Impossible de rembourser derrière via Booqable sans passer par Stripe. Le service client n'est pas disponible avant une semaine pour répondre aux questions. Tous les avis sur leur site sont fake, ça vaut pas un coup de cidre.

Booqable has been a great experience, super easy to understand and while Building my website there tutorial videos took away a lot of the stress of trying to figure it out. I would definitely recommend it to other rental businesses looking for a great rental software.

The platform is so simple to use and with great how to videos. Any questions I had were answered quickly.

I've been very happy with the website experience. It did take a little while to get used to the website editing tools but any questions I had were answered in a timely manner through the question link. Only drawback I found was the delivery and pickup options, being my deliveries are charged on a per mile bases which would not calculate at checkout. I was able to get around it but a mileage (zip code) calculator might be helpful.

I'm new to Booqable and found the setup to be very intuitive and logical. The supporting instruction pages and videos are comprehensive and easy to follow. I am truly impressed. I'm 80 years old and if I can figure it out, anyone can. If you're on the fence whether or not to choose Booqable, just do it. You won't regret it.

He was completely honest. They have helped us step by step through the setting up period. They even offered a call with a team member that went through our website and made sure we were doing good. The staff is responsive and they also have a direct link for feature feedback. The only reason it's not 5 stars is because it's taken some time to get the platform to accommodate delivery only based on busienss, something that is really common I think, but they are working on it, so that's a plus. I can't see myself moving to any other platform in the near future, I really appreciate the Booqable team.

Super Preis / Leistung Verhältnis. Alle Funktionen die man benötigt! Kann ohne bedenken weiter empfohlen werden. Leider ist die Deutsche Sprache nicht hinterlegt, so dass man dies manuell machen muss. Man sollte aktuell in der Englischen Sprache mit dem System Arbeiten.

Für das Preis / Leistung Verhältnis + einmalige Arbeit für das Übersetzen von 10-20 Minuten ist es akzeptabel!

Seiten können Seo. Optimiert werden. Wir nutzen das Buchungssystem inkl. Template, dass eigentlich alles mit sich bringt.

Auf spezielle Fragen z.b. wegen Testversion Verlängerung hat sich der Support meistens sofort oder innerhalb von 24h zurück gemeldet.

Bei dem Theme von Booqable müssen die Dateien zum Downloaden müssen auf einen extra Server bereit gestellt (z.b. OneDrive etc) und verlink werden. HTML Code kann über einige Titel integriert und angezeigt werden. Schöne wäre eine direktes Widget für Videos.

Viele erklär Videos jedoch alle auf Englisch!

Mein Fazit: klare Empfehlung für Vermietungsequipment in Deutschland!
