Staff extremely helpful and kind at boots. I have had issues with wax for years. And I have to say Boots hearing care in Belfast has been so very helpful with me. I appreciate all the advice and they really care about working with your ears.

Fantastic Service
I needed to update my hearing aids around end of June, and was seen by Lynne. Absolutely fantastic and totally delighted with them. Lynne was so knowledgeable and helped me pick the type of hearing aids that were best suited to my needs. Went on holidays for 2 weeks in July, but 1 of the hearing aids stopped working on the 2nd day. On my return, got an appointment almost immediately. I seen Lynne again, and she was so helpful and sorted everything out in minutes. I can't thank her enough !! Now I'm back to great hearing again and can not fault Boots Hearing Care in anyway, a great service.

Great experience with Boots hearingcare Belfast. So easy to get an appointment and very little time to wait. From the hearing test to fitment of my new hearing aids was done in a very timely manner. My consultant Esther was excellent, very knowledgeable and extremely professional. Time was taken to explain all aspects of my hearing needs and the range of options available to me. In addition the frequent reviews and adjustments, where necessary, were very reassuring. Also the cost was very competitive and several options of payment were made available. I can’t praise the service provided high enough. Thank you!!! :)

Comfortable surroundings and an empathetic audiologist made me confident that I would get the best solution for my hearing loss.
Testing was straightforward, followed by a comprehensive explanation of my hearing limitations and the various levels of sound management options possible, to suit my lifestyle. The 3 month 'test drive' period to see if I've made the right choice is really helpful.
Several days later, the fitting session was a thorough and re-assuring introduction to wearing, cleaning and charging my new hearing aids.
The Hearingcare clinic is in the city centre. When I arrived home, in the suburbs, I heard a volume of birdsong which I must have been missing for a number of years.

I received superb service at boots today in Belfast from Karen and Esther. They could not have looked after me better. It was a very last moment appointment as my hearing aid had stopped working and I was going to be away with no functioning hearing aid. I was so relieved they helped me out and I can now hear and be part of the world again!
