Quality service from start to finish. Clear communication when booking, prompt delivery and hassle free set up as it was all taken care of by Rob. The bouncy castle itself was spotless, in great condition and safely secured. When it was (sadly) time to hand the bouncy castle back, Rob took care of packing it up and collecting it too. Bounce and Party clearly take pride in their business and it certainly showed. Will be using again and would highly recommend to others.

We hired bounce and party for our 6 year old sons birthday party on the last Sunday of October and were very impressed.
We booked a bouncy castle and the magic show. Pre party, we spoke several times from the point of initial query to the day before the party to confirm the booking.
The bouncy castle was good quality and there was flexibility on having it prior to the start of the party.
The magic show was the highlight and Rob did a fantastic job keeping 16 5-6 year olds entertained and laughing for a full hour.
We would highly recommend and thank Rob for making a memorable party for all who attended.

We were delighted by the service provided. Rob arrived at the time requested. He provided paperwork and showed all necessary insurance certificates as well as recent safety certificate for the bouncy castle. He set up in no time at all and explained all health and safety measures as well as how they ensure safety during COVID-19 (sanitised on set up, removal, quarantined for 72 hours after removal). Rob then sanitised the entire bouncy castle before giving us a final ru down on health and safety. Collection was at the agreed time and was tidy efficient and professional. Rob sanitised the castle as per the discussion earlier in the day. I would have no hesitation in recommending Bounce and Party, they are extremely professional and provide a fantastic professional service.

We hired Rob from Bounce and Party for my daughters 5th Birthday Party. What a fantastic party he gave us, well organised and super with the kids. Rob has so much energy and that totally rubbed off on the kids! We had over 40 kids and to be able to command their attention and keep it for the entire party is quite something. Great games and music, it was like a proper disco..the kids absolutely love that!
Bouncy castle was Fabulous, perfect size for the amount of kids.
Rob was very professional, turned up in plenty time to get set up and went over everything with regard to safety and certificates and what to expect over the 2hr party.
Couldn’t recommend enough.
I have had so many compliments from all the parents and that never happens!
Please consider bounce and party for any celebrations you may have coming up.

Highly recommend bounce and party Glasgow. I Just used them on Saturday for my daughters first birthday party with 40 kids ranging in age and the service was top class. The entertainer kept all the kids happy, interacting with them, laughing, joking, getting everyone involved even the parents, playing games, and provided prizes which the kids loved choosing, music and dancing. There was a fantastic atmosphere because of him. The face painting service was top class as well, one person was doing the face paints and another tattoos and the kids just loved it. Iv had many party guests ask for the details to book them. Will definitely use again in the future. Everyone had so much fun thanks to them.

Bounce and party supplied balloons for a 50th birthday party for me....from start to finish was very professional...any queries just had to give them an e.mail and they would be very quick to reply back....balloons where what i expected and delivered on time...would highly recommend them.

Rob is a great host and entertainer. He did a brilliant job at keeping the kids entertained.

Thank you for a fantastic double party for our 4 and 6 year olds. All 36 children (and the adults) fully entertained throughout. They had a ball and I didn't have to stress - Rob is a marvel. He offered lots of helpful tips/support too from room setup, to the running order. Prompt, efficient, friendly, safety a clear priority, I'd definitely recommend Bounce and Party.

The party host was brilliant kept all the kids entertained and even got a reluctant birthday girl to join in, great job and all the parents raved about how good he was.

We contacted Bounce and Party for a joint birthday party for my son and his best friend and couldn’t be happier with the service. Rob was friendly and professional, and took the time to explain different packages and make suggestions based on the ages of the kids and what we were looking for. All of the correspondence was fast and informative and the phone call the night before to confirm everything again was very reassuring. The set up for the party was all taken care of by Rob, who went over all of the events in advance and kept the kids engaged with lots of music, dancing and games. Rob himself was fantastic, making the kids laugh and get involved in the competitions, then getting the kids and adults up for dancing at the end. All of the equipment was of a high standard and the bouncy castle and slide were spotless and very safe. We’d absolutely use the company again and have recommended to our friends and family.

Fantastic service, Rob is a real professional. We hired the party bouncy castle with slide and it was brilliant, the kids loved it. Exceptionally clean, installed and inflated in about 20 minutes, with safety a clear priority. I really couldn't recommend Bounce & Party highly enough.
