I ordered some of those no buckle side loops for your pants. Every single time I tried using the tracking number provided it would never work. It always gave me an error, as if I was not putting in the correct number. I emailed Bount 4 times and they never responded back. After 5 weeks of waiting I received an email letting me know that my package had arrived. LMAO, I never received my order. This is so frustrating. This is exactly why I don’t like ordering online. This company is a SCAM. Don’t trust them.

I ordered a tumbler cup in January 2026,I had to contact them since I never received the tracking information then finally it shipped at the end of march i just received it a few days ago and im highly disappointed,it looks nothing like the picture spending $45 on something that isn’t what the picture looked like really angered me,i waited 3 months for it and they said i could return it for a refund but would have to pay $45 to ship it back that’s absolutely ridiculous,Don’t ever order from BAOUTH,it’s a scam

This company is a complete joke! I ordered a wire trimmer head that was advertised to fit ANY WEED TRIMMER. Not so. I have two trimmers - a black and decker electric trimmer and a black and decker battery power trimmer. The purchased item cannot be used with either one. Not only the false advertising, but the product that was given to me has steel spools that are not wound tightly and would not only be unsafe to use (in the event that I WAS ABLE TO USE IT) and could cause serious harm to someone. When I tried to return the item, all that was available for contact with them is an email. An email that I attempted to use on 9/4, 9/9, 10/1, 10/22, 11/5, 11/27, 12/12, 12/29, 1/14, 2/16, 3/5, 3/20 and 3/30. All I ever get back is a "form response" that says, "Dear Customer, We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Please provide your complete order number, and we will provide feedback on the progress of your problem as soon as possible. Best Regards, Customer Service Team". If you respond.....you get nothing back EVER. I am so tired of dealing with it. $27.98 I spend on a hunk of steel junk. They are crooks and they don't make things right. That is why there is no phone number listed for them on their website. I actually found a number in my "research" of them and guess what.....it's not in service. What a surprise!!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS POOR EXCUSE OF A COMPANY, YOU WILL JUST BE THROWING YOUR MONEY AWAY!!!!

I still haven't received my order and can't track it. I ordered this for Valentine's Day and from the looks of it I might see it by Christmas. I would like to get a refund at this point because it was a valentine's gift and that didn't happen so I said surely it will be here by her birthday in March which is next week and no still not here and can't track it yet apparently so please find out where it is and give me a date that's reasonable or give me my money back immediately.

Very easy order process, the only issue is that collapsible stool is shown in all black, this color was not one of the selections available
Would like the two stools I ordered in all black. Sent a separate request for this color selection if available

The item advertised is not what I received, product supplied quality is terrible and customer service department is so inept, they should close the department down

Order was a xmas gift ( 4 craft kits - stain glass animals).
They were delivered and were not kits at all but assembled plastic, cheap animals, one of which was broken. Tried to contact support 3 times with pictures and advertisement proof. Never responded back!!! A lot of money wasted. I will never order from Bounth again.

Making the order wasn’t too hard. I’m now just waiting for my order to arrive.

I did not received my order nor did they responded to my emails.
DO Not ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE AFRAUD!!

DON'T buy from here SCAM order 2 weeks before Christmas didn't get here till like January 15
product was not what the picture showed and looked super cheap and when i tried to return it it doesn't even have a return button or a fill out form good luck with getting a response from customer support. Have to ship to some place in California then hope it meets their return policy and give your money back $88 down the drain on some dirt cheap product i could make from stuff i bought at dollar tree

Ordered a DIY mosaic kit of a fox for my girlfriend for Christmas. I was sent a cheap piece of plastic painted to look like the fox instead of the kit. Wrote three letters to their customer service asking for my kit or my money back. Only got an automated form letter to my first email saying they would look into it. Never heard back from them again. Stay away!

I believe this website to be a scam. The product I ordered for a Christmas present looked like a very very cheap version of the photos online. When I emailed them for return assistance (several times), it was radio silence. No reply whatsoever.

This has to be worse company I've dealt with , these people got no customer service , none , they send generic responses , its a scam company , do not order from these people , the products are garbage and never what picture shows

I did not receive my order, I was given a bogus tracking number and the phone number is also fake. I did not receive a response from my numerous emails. They took my money and there is no way to track them. This company appears to be a total scam!

I'm an outdoorsman, I hunt, fish, etc. This type of equipment is what you need for cold weather conditions. Don't exactly know how it's gonna work for what it's being purchased for, (Protection from cold conditions) but it's about to be put to the test. The material is what is used to combat cold weather, and it looks nice, wasn't too expensive either. The truth is only a few days away.

Terrible communications, order placement, request information concerning my order. They WILL NOT REPLY TO CUSTOMER SERVICE emails and they will not answer the phone number that doesn't work.
SPREAD THE WORD THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE.
