Simon from Bounty Pest Control was absolutely brilliant. He was extremely prompt to respond to all of my messages and very polite on the telephone. Most importantly, he was incredibly kind, patient, and good with my elderly mother who has dementia. He handled the entire situation with the utmost respect and care. I cannot thank him enough for his professionalism and empathy. I highly recommend his services!

We got a quick response from our email concerning some tiny insects around our house and we sent a few in to bounty pest control on their request an after they had identified them they sent a follow up email with advice and a detailed report on what the insects actually were an how to get rid of them!
