Delivery was messed up and customer service was very bad.

Professional processing of my warranty claim and arranged replacement piece.

I have been sending emails for a week but no one answers me, the customer service doesn’t answer, and the order number doesn’t work so I cannot track my order, I hope someone will answer me thank you :(

The device is user friendly, and does the job really well. For first time groomers, there are trimming combs which reduces the chance of getting cuts. The LED light is a good feature for better vision.

I have not received the item yet and don't have tracking info for the order

Products seem good.

Item which I bought couldn't operate after 1st time used but Adam solved my problem very effective. He is amazing.

Never received the product. Customer service never answers emails and product does not ship on time.

Previously had the Globe Trimmer that lasted me since 2020 but I dropped it and it finally died 💀 But I really liked BOVEM’s trimmer since it’s efficient, long-lasting and painless. Decided I could use an upgrade so I bought the Globe Trimmer 2.0. I especially like that it’s waterproof and has a in built light for me to have a better view of hard to see areas. Would recommend to anyone who is looking to invest in a grooming trimmer!

I have never received an order confirmation, shipping notification or the replacement blades I ordered over a week ago.

Where do I even start, firstly the website says free worldwide shipping yet still I received ups knocking on my door telling me I had to pay them 40 dollars and that wasn't even my biggest problem. Customer support is impossible to contact .

Unfortunately I paid for for express delivery but it’s has been 16 days now

Great customer Service. Reported that the nose trimmer was faulty and after going through a detailed investigation, the Bovem team sent me a new trimmer. The support team was very efficient in responding to me. Great job and highly recommended product.
