My name is Ryan Mpofu. First of all I don’t don’t appreciate the bad customer care and bad customer service you’ve been showing me and your lack of no communication from your contact support or your finance team because you have shown me nothing but disrespect and I want my money back. Team Boxlet Where is my order it’s been 28 days now since I last ordered the PC case that was on the ninth of January. The PC case I ordered was the MSI MAG Vampiric 011C Desktop Case and my order number was #1378. And yes to this day, I have nothing. Your company promised me a at 3 to 7 day’s delivery but till this very day I have nothing. You also promised in an email that you will give me my tracking code by Monday 4 weeks ago, but till this day I still have nothing. Please can you kindly REFUND me my money back and let me know what’s the situation I am really desperate. I need to know what’s going on with the order I placed please respond back as soon as possible thank you and REFUND ME MY MONEY BACK!!! Thank you. And I apologise for my anger and annoyance against you.

Boxlet.eu is a scam DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE 100% SCAMMERS.
I have ordered powerbeats by dr dre for 200e. I got an e-mail confrimation of my order stating that i will receive item within 4-7 business days. They failed to deliver the item. I sent them an e-mail at support. The e-mail bounced back as non delivered as the domain name could be found. Then i contacted them on social media. Again no response. Eventually they contacted me via e-mail saying we are sorry for the delay and we will send you a shipping tracking number tomorrow and you will receive item by next week. Again lies nothing happened. After i threatened them to file a fraud claim with my bank they said we are sorry (again) and we will give you 5% discount and unless we send you tomorrow the tracking number we will issue a redund. AGAIN LIES I NEVER RECEIVED ANY DISCOUNT OR A TRACKING NUMBER OR THE ITEM. THESE PEOPLE LIE TO THEIR CUSTOMERS AND SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN AS IMPOSTERS AND FOR FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY. It happens that i am a lawyer in Cyprus and i have already filed a claim with my bank and i will get my money back from visa. However surely visa will soon stop working with them as paypal did from what i read in other reviews as a lot of people complain about the same issues.

Lawsuit coming your way

What a disgrace! I've read many reviews expressing their disappointment with regards to Boxlet's service and every time, they reply with their petty excuse of being a small company, bla bla bla... Made 2 orders during black Friday week and until this very day, not only have I not received the items, but my order got cancelled and no refund has been issued yet!!! Multiple emails sent to their customer service, but no replies received from them. Some words of advice, don't expect to strive in such a competitive world with such a service! Expect an EU lawsuit soon if my refund won't be issued within days!

Same as everyone below, ordered a Lego set for my son on black Friday, after weeks of waiting for a tracking number it was said that they had issues with Paypal. If I wanted to still get the order at the same deal I can do an EFT, this should have immediately raised a red flag.
Made the payment after their so called customer service manager asked if I want to proceed. 12 emails later no replay and now it says the email address cant receive any mails.

Super frustrating as people work hard for their money and for the a**holes to steal your money.

Don't buy from this website

I already left one bad review and now I will do it AGAIN. I ordered Beats headphones Nov 4, it said 3-7 business days for shippment. My package came in December (wrong colour). I returned them and they promised they will send the right colour in a day or two. I contacted them 10 days later and they just found out the item is not on their stock. I requested a refund on Dec 21. They sent me that the refund was issued...I never received any money. Tried to contact them at least 5 times, nobody is answering anymore.Now I opened a dispute with my credit card company and believe they will solve it...but this is again a SCAM!!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. IF THEY ARE NOT A SCAM THEY SHOULD CLOSE THE WEBSITE BECAUSE THEY ARE DOING AN AWFULL JOB!!!!

I made a purchase, pay with PayPal, they refound me not because site is seriously but because PayPal do it for them.
But I was stupid and I though they are seriously and made a same purchase again with other payment method.
My order has never came.
They don’t answer me.

Alas, I too have joined the ranks of SCAM customers. I placed my order and received what looked like authentic order responses. The gift was for Christmas. It never arrived and despite contacting them several times, I received no update. My last message I sent was to request a full refund. Again no response. The old adage ‘Caveat Emptor’ applies to this company. Shop at your peril!

boxlet.eu is a scam

Regrettably I can only join those who have lost their money and nerves dealing with boxlet.eu. My order was placed on September 23 2022. Never arrived. boxlet.eu's so called customer service is automated mail/dialog box completely useless. Late in November I finally got an answer from living person. He identified himself as boxlet.eu manager. Offered me items I've initially purchased with 10% discount. I refused and requested refund. Of course no refund. A number of reviewers think boxlet.eu is unable to cope with flurry of orders. I disagree. In my opinion, based on this current experience, it is plain and simply a scam. One would expect that Lithuania, being an EU country has adequate customer protection legislation and control but apparently this is not a case

Similar to previous negative reviews, please avoid these scammers. I don't understand what kind of business model benefits from fraud but I certainly do hope that they're just poor performers rather than malicious. With that, just for brevity, product never sent despite promises and assurance to send "the next couple of days." Finally, asked for refund and assured that "refund was made" to my credit card, but nope. I finally had to open dispute with the credit card company. I even asked them why are they still showing the item "in stock" when they had told me that it became "out of stock". They just evaded the question and are still showing the item in stock to sucker the next person. So, avoid, please, please, please! Save yourself the trouble. The deal was definitely too good to be true. Instead, if you really want a good deal, try us.zavvi.com. Yeah, sketchy as well, but they followed through and I truly got a good deal. Just be prepared to wait for your purchase. I have 2 products arrive from them while I was still waiting for Boxlet to continue scamming me. So bad. So, so bad...

!!!SHAME OF EU BUSINESS!!!

Poeple PLEASE stay WAY from these scammers and amateurs. They are stealing you money in very easy way. Never dispatch your order, never. They are still telling stories about christmas time, hard period of time, delivery company has delays BLAH BLAH. These all are just fairy tales. Suppor is super unresponsive (even they responded 2x, to be fair)

They are using same reply here in Trustpilot just copy paste to make you quiet.

Very glad to leave them here message, that filing a lawsuit to the EU court is being considered in these days. They still have time till the end of year 2022 to avoid this.

They are SHAME of honest business in EU.

EDIT 29.12.2022 Refund appeared on my account. But this does not change any of what I wrote.

Got scammed out of a €100

Got scammed out of a €100, same as other people here. tracking number provided and item never moved. Waiting over 4 weeks and noting happened.

We’re so sorry to learn of the issues you have experienced with your order. We are sorry for the frustration caused here. We notified you about the delays that occur during the holiday season and the refund was processed a few days back. Money in the account doesn't show up the same day as the refund was processed, depending on the bank it might take up to 5 business days to show. At this point, we would suggest contacting your bank and asking about the payment before making a false accusation about us being scammers.
