A perfect solution for my arthritic wrists

I bought a right and left sports wrist brace. I needed the support for Golf, Lawn Bowling and work at the gym. They fit perfectly, stay in place, give great support and are totally unobtrusive whether with a Bowl or golf club.

Ridiculous return/ exchange process and policy.
I've already over payed for shipping im not going to pay it again.
The customer is expected to first mail in a request form for returns.
This return policy is designed to make you eat the loss.

Regarding the original shipping cost: The shipping fee on your order was based on the shipping option selected at checkout. We do offer free standard shipping on orders over $35 (before discounts and taxes), which is available for customers who prefer not to pay for expedited or upgraded shipping.

This was a true was of money. Poor design and poor quality. Won’t buy from this company again and I do not recommend purchase this particular product.

I like the brace, but not the SKU game

I like the brace and the ability to insert the cold/hot gel pack and the pressure pad. It is a bit limiting as I am short so the brace sits quite high. However, I ordered 2 braces, one identified as 03B0503 and the other as 03B0502. What I received was 2 of 03B05. The additional digits in the SKU make no difference in the brace itself. Had I known that, I would have ordered 2 of one SKU and received an additional discount. Having different SKUs for marketing purposes only is somewhat deceptive.

Pain relief for ankle, neck and shoulder.

The ankle brace provided the pain relief as advertised.
It was a bit difficult to get on the first time but the desired effect was, as I said, a relief.
The Hot/Cold pack was a pain reliever as well for my neck/shoulder application.
In sum, both products worked as recommended.

Very easy to use website

I like how I was able to take a short quiz and find the brace that will (hopefully) work for me. I like the 30-day return policy in case it's not a good fit for my needs.
