Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service - I got a call from Bradford Stalker letting me know the item was ready to be shipped, to check it would be convenient to ship immediately, and when to expect it.
Delivery was super fast and the item as described was in perfect condition.

Innacurate Product Description?

I ordered a Brattonsound RD5 extra-deep gun safe, to replace my current GDK safe which I had recently outgrown. Ordering and delivery were quick and efficient but I was disappointed to find that the safe I received differed unfavourably in a number of key areas from than that pictured/outlined in the product description. I understand that product features may be flattered in a written description but any image provided should be an accurate reflection of the item on offer - sadly not in this case.
