Rob’s response time is amazing. Nothing is ever a problem. I couldn’t recommend more.

I draughted Rob in last summer to create a one off, bespoke solution for me, which has proven to be the best decision and investment ever. I've had a Wordpress website for donkey's years, but it's been hacked to bits by various so-called developers over the years. I decided a year ago to have a fresh start - and I decided to go ahead with these guys. Having looked at all the packages they offer on their website, and the basic Wordpress design package seemed to fit best. After a few months getting used to my new website, I asked them to do some local SEO work & also some social media marketing. So far so good - very impressed with their fast response and knowledgable answers.

I started Looking round for a new web designer in 2023 On LinkedIn I’ve got 102 replies Brainiac Media seemed quite genuine To start off with But he didn’t realise I knew quite a lot a About Search engine optimisation. And website. I only went to him for the technical stuff I wanted to leave One and one Web hosting He said yes, I can help you with this I said there may be some updates SEO I would like to get Page one for Personal Trainer London he's says big lie He said yes, we can definitely do this I paid him £657 07 but what I didn’t not realise Is texting and calling him? Was a waste of time. if I had As soon as he put me on his hosting Every single page Was not in the right order On the website So I spent hours putting it all back into place myself Was thinking he’s done this deliberately to make more money.? but I’ve my self maybe it’s me! There’s A search engine tool called Rank math He didn’t know anything about it But when I told him he checked it out And made sure that I was 60% on there Which really needs to be 82 Percent it now 92 PercentI that I did. asked him to check websites speed Because I checked it myself And he says in his review of my website that he helped to do that This is a complete lie. I employed the person from another company To improve web site speed and SEO on My website speed Which the woman did a fantastic job It was not Brainiac Media company After Coming off one and.one Hosting And switching over to Brainiac Media platform I noticed Critical errors Coming up on so many clicks And then when I went to the homepage To update Could not do it and could not save I tried to call multiple times and text One text I got back That im sick He didn’t get in touch for six months This was still going on with my website I employed another company To fix it They fix it for a couple of weeks Then the issue came back again. Exactly the same So my assumption is that Brainiac Media was doing this or hosting platform Brainiac Media did apologise for not returning my calls Or emails and said that he would give me six months hosting free But the hosting was so terrible, and he never fixed it and I found it so frustrating I decided to move to a new host Company And after speaking to another web guy He said there’s nothing wrong with your website. It’s the hosting that’s causing all the problems I tried to call Brainiac Media again to get Same story after this I was very angry so I tried to call the Office number on top of the website Doesn’t even connect So I thought right I’ll go on the live chat Totally different person, but I think it was There’s nothing wrong with your site You’ve got three other people looking after it And this is what’s causing the problems this isn’t an absolute lie From the point of the people that fix the errors or problems only worked with me once So they was not on the site whatsoever I asked repeatedly to get website Back so I can go to a new hosting platform In the end, after asking 4 times. they sent over what I nedded When you join a new hosting provider, you hope that the hosting provider is going to make sure that everything is running correctly. and fix faults and errors as the change over happen. This is what brainiac media did not do.From day one, there was an issue on the homepage And an issue with logging in and trying to update pages myself never had these issues before the only reason why I left one and one Was because they kept making mistakes with payments and other things Web Guy told me conclusively that it wasn’t anything to do with the website It was just the hosting platform that is terrible You never fixed it, even though the problem started from day one when the website Your server No way was gonna pay for SEO Audit monthly when you seem to know less than me I kept having to show you new stuff that you didn’t know about Not even in your reply did you say sorry for not answering calls or getting back to me via text? this week You didn’t contact me for over six months. This is very professional isn’t it? Like I said before? There was no third-party plug-in I checked my website on Uber’s suggest which is one of the best platforms for checking website speed and any other errors and there is not any When I went onto your platform For hosting, I had over 120 pages had moved you wanted to charge me to fix it when it was your fault After going with a new host, I’ve got no issues what soever no speed issue what soever and no issue we’ve logging in or updating anything It was 100% your hosting and what you did so you need to take responsibility for it and not lie on trustpilot It makes me laugh where you’ve not even spoken about the hosting How absolutely terrible Brainiac Media is and don't care about there customers or you would of fixed the error you caused when took over site hostin and not lie about it and you would had me using your services for years but chose to do nothing.and just lie. about it from Scott Bryant
