They keep on sending mails even after i clearly told them to remove my account.

I have been dealing with the same issue for over a month now, and despite sharing a detailed video with the bramework team, there has been no resolution in sight. It's disheartening to see that their focus seems to be solely on the new One-Draft-2.0 feature, leaving existing issues unresolved.
